walked in a few minutes before closing and the “espresso machine timed out and they couldn’t make any more espresso drinks”… i’m pretty sure that’s not how that works and the employee was rude about it as well. my banana matcha was made incorrectly and with protein cold foam, its gross tasting and really grainy. we arrived 5 minutes before closing and working in the service industry myself, it’s disappointing when staff treats guests differently...read full review
I was in the Starbucks today and had a very rude interaction with an employee. This is not the first time that the employees have been quick to be rude to guests. The employees are extremely rude all the time and have zero customer service skills.
God awful terrible service! Staff is so extremely rude. The one guy has zero customer service skills whatsoever! I grabbed a drink yesterday and the lady gave me an ill fitting lid on my overflowed drink, plus my other drinks. I never received a carrier for them. The drink ended up spilling from me having to balance all of them. Too afraid to go back in and ask for another because the one guy always gets a dismissive nasty attitude. Hire new staff. Disgusting service.
