I mids the chicken sausage biscuit but vibes here are 💯
Poor girl must be new. Practically non-verbal. Didn’t understand difference between between ‘For Here Cup’ and ‘Personal Cup’. I asked several times if she applied the personal cup discount - barely got a nod.
The discount is mere pennies but I do like my Stars.
Second employee was not much help. He kinda begrudgingly asked if i wanted to re-ring up the order.
Store was clean, though mostly empty.

The exceptional customer service provided by the staff is a highlight, with their warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness leaving a positive impression. Operating hours starting as early as 6:00 AM on Saturdays make it a convenient choice for early risers. It is a great place to get an Americano or a Strawberry Frappuccino. There is a decent amount of sitting opportunities to relax or chat and it is generally very quiet. The staff is very nice and friendly, hustling to get orders out quickly even when it is extremely busy. Using the app to order in advance is really convenient for those on the go.
