Delivery was the worst, knock on the door, my mom didn’t care, then knock again, my mom checked, there was the bag, and it was only Hot Milk?? I asked for Hot Chocolate but it’s just Hot Milk, I am never using delivery ever again.

I ordered a Strawberry Frappuccino and it was decent. I had some outside of the US and it was better but still okay to drink. There’s also a decent amount of sitting opportunities to relax or chat and it was generally very quiet. The staff was very nice though! But the tables weren’t all clean.

Parking: There’s not much room to park and it can get extremely difficult to even park when there’s a long line of cars wanting to go to Drive Thru. If you don’t go during busy times then there’s a decent amount of spots to park (It’s a tiny parking lot)

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced from a starbucks. I go to starbucks at least 2-3 times a day. There are usually nice and friendly, but this staff was not friendly and giving attitude. I was in the drive-thru at 7:49, 11 minutes before closing time. I was in the drive thru and ordered two drinks. After i received the drinks they closed the window immediately when i needed a straw. I tried getting the attention of the workers but all they did was laugh from behind the counter and started ignoring me. I come to the front of the store to get my straw to see the doors locked and the workers still looking at me through the window and talking about me and laughing. An associate named Karen came to the doors and unlocked it saying that they were closed when it was 7:49. I told them that i needed a straw, but Karen proceeded to give me attitude with her coworkers in the back still laughing at me while Karen is giving me attitude. I took my straw then i asked the staff why are you laughing at me and giving me attitude. Then Karen said that it was because they are closed. This is absolutely no excuse for giving a customer attitude and laughing at them just because the store is supposedly closed when it is 7:49. This is the worst experience i have had in a starbucks and will not be going to this branch of starbucks ever again.

The store manager was behind the counter bustin out orders when I arrived today! Not afraid to get down in the dirt so to speak. The staff were kind and warm. I adore the energy this establishment curates.

In addition, I came here with my little cousins a few weeks back right before our grandpa passed away. It was the first time they ever went to Starbucks believe it or not. The kindness the partners showed that day made a hard day easier. Thank you for creating a connection with us ❤️

Parking: There is limited parking at this location. About 15 spots in total I believe.

Good drinks, lousy atmosphere. Loud music is blared high enough I had to crank up my headset to an unsafe level just to hear them over the noise. Half the people I saw there looked visibly restless. I went here to concentrate and study but it's total sensory overload. Only go here with noise-cancelling headphones, or stick to take-out.

I recently stumbled upon a Starbucks location that, despite my reservations about the chain's pricing and quality, managed to leave a positive impression. As I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the swanky decor, which exuded an air of sophistication. The ambiance was cozy yet chic, with ample seating arrangements and tasteful accents that lent the space an inviting atmosphere.Despite my skepticism, I decided to give their offerings a try. I ordered a standard latte and a typical breakfast sandwich, both of which fell within the realm of average. While the coffee was passable, it lacked the depth of flavor I've come to expect from artisanal cafes. Similarly, the breakfast sandwich was nothing to write home about, tasting like it had been mass-produced rather than freshly baked. However, what truly salvaged my experience was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Despite the lackluster fare, their warmth and attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience was evident in every interaction. One notable aspect of this Starbucks was its operating hours. Surprisingly, it was open as early as 6:00 AM on a Saturday, a rarity in a city where most establishments remain closed until later in the day. This convenience factor may be a saving grace for early risers or those in need of a caffeine fix before the rest of the world awakens. In summary, while this Starbucks may not excel in terms of food and drink quality, its impeccable service and inviting ambiance set it apart from its peers. Despite my lingering reservations about the brand's pricing and overall value proposition, I can't deny that this particular location offers a pleasant respite from the ordinary. If you find yourself in need of a caffeine boost in the early hours of the morning, it's worth giving this Starbucks a chance.

When the drink is ready, they didn’t call my name (loud enough), and as a consequence, my drink was not hot anymore. They may whisper your name, but that is not enough to hear. they should shout the name.Cardboard boxes were standing in the store for days, in front of the toilets. When I asked to put the music a bit less loud, I got a rude answer that it was not possible…The place is not a disco, people work there…The register is frequently unattended.A pity for such a nice building and infrastructure, new management is needed.
