I go to starbucks every day and it depends on who I'm dealing with, some workers are kind people. but today and other days your employees are rude over mistakes instead of allowing us to resolve things together. I've worked in customer service and retail for over 5 years, and I get sometimes customers are wrong. but today your associate argued and blamed us for not taking the money off our app when she scanned it and was mad she had to void the transaction and then gave us the wrong change. upon calling in to a manager and returning with receipts the manager stated we were argumentative based on what her employee told her even though she wasn't present for the conversation. and side note the employee took from the tip jar for some of the change instead of the register. which most businesses know is wrong to do and messes up counting the drawer

Closed early and refused to serve me. Everywhere says they are open much longer than 1:30!

They keep serving drinks with defective cups. I have received THREE burns over this past month. I have called the manager to warn them but nothing has been done. The cup rims are flattened! I will also mention that the lines are the slowest around and there is no flavor consistency.

She’s the absolute best at making drinks but also her going out her way to communicate with me & other customers about their personal lives really makes a difference and starts my day off on the right foot for me. Cold brew with foam is the best!!! I haven’t found one I didn’t love and can’t pin point a favorite!!! I’ve had the Irish cream, pumpkin, salted carmel and all I can say is YUM!!! Plus the employees at this location are the absolute greatest, friendliest bunch of folks!!!!

Love this store. I've been going here every week for years. Not joking but I probably spend about 15 grand there every year. I have to say that all the employees are super, except for one. Every time I go to the deli counter there is this one lady behind the counter who always yells at me for using the kiosk. I mean this happens EVERY time she is there. She yells at me that she is so backed up and tells me not to use it. Even if I say it is ok, ill be shopping over the next hour she doesn't want to hear it. She did this today as I was shopping at about 5:00 pm. I was so fed up with her and didn't want to argue back, I told her to not worry about it and just continued with my shopping and skipped the deli. When anyone else is working the counter I never have a problem, but Ive had quite a few run ins with her, I just dont get it. I dont want to come across like a mean person and go to the courtesy counter but I just can't beleive im the only person she snaps at constantly??? Whats the point of the kiosk if im being told not to use it, isn't that part of her job? Like I said a really love shopping here but I wish management would pay attention to who's working in the deli coumter. If she is that overwhelmed that she is yelling at customers and taking her frustration out on us, if they need to look at her if she has a problem herself,, or if nothing else, their staffing schedule. From now on ill get my deli orders from somewhere else, I don't need to be berated my her in front of other people in the store.
