The owner or employee at the "Subway" restaurant was observed in the restaurant dinning area with his shoes off, playing with his feet, and removing toe nails... unbelievable!!Moreover, then returning to the front counter to take orders from customers without washing his hands!!! I witnessed this the last & only time at this site.

Omg the staff was so very rude and the bread was stale and the meat was bad and the soda machine didn't workI was called an a** by one of the employees and they refused to use my gift card saying he don't accept them.I am going to call corporate since these people are so rude and despicable and didn't even wear gloves when they tried to make my sandwich

The worst subway I've ever been to, and I've been going to Subway for 20 years. The woman there refused to accept the fact that the soda machine is broken and would not let me exchange my fountain drink for a bottled one. Honestly Subway needs to pull the license from this store. I wouldn't trust the food they have here because they skimp on everything- I'm sure they keep food around for as long as possible before throwing out. I will never return. Hopefully new management takes over soon.

THE WORST SUBWAY- - I’ve tried to give this subways shot as it’s the only one close but it, without fail, is disappointing. The woman who works there provides terrible service. It’s takes a few minutes for her to even come from the back to help you. She always skimps on meats and toppings, even when asking AND being charged for extra. The work area and utensils look like they haven’t been cleaned in months! I’ve learned my lesson from coming here, and I suggest you stay away as well.

The West Chester Subway on Strasburg Rd doesn't accept coupons. And the server who is probably also the owner was rude. Not very friendly. Will never go there again. I wish I had read the reviews before going there.
Average Subway meatball sub. Consistent. I would try other cold cut subs if the meat wasn't so sweaty. I wonder if they had a roast they fresh sliced upon order, even as a limited time special, if it would be any good or just poorly executed.

Place is great! Footling subs!?!?!? Sign me up!! If you're looking for a quality meal before slamming some brew dogs with the buys, this place takes the cake! Much better than Pour House in Exton!!!!

Ordered online from DoorDash. My driver called after picking up my order because he witnessed one of their employees making my order wearing NO GLOVES & NO MASK while coughing! I cancelled the order because i will not risk me and my family getting covid over sandwiches. Pandemic or not this is unacceptable but it just makes it worse that we’re also battling a deadly virus right now. Gross incompetence and no regard for others!!
