Terrible experience, a bug fell from the ceiling while I was eating my meal. No compensation given. My server was friendly but manger seemed just focused on collecting the check. I’ll never dine here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to the homeless.

The food was delicious. The cheese cake was so so good! Chipped beef on toast was excellent.

Do not go here!!! Absolutely awful service! Went here with my husband and daughter, we all ordered coffee and water. She brought out the coffee but not the water and never took our order. The folks next to us said they had been waiting for 45 minutes and she never even took their order. We got up and left at that point.

The Westchester Diner is a solid choice overall. The food was decent, though not particularly spectacular. The salad bar stood out as a highlight—fresh and satisfying. Service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere added to the experience with a welcoming vibe. While it didn’t offer that "wow" factor you'd hope for from diner food, it was still enjoyable. I believe most people would have a pleasant time here.

Me and brothers stopped by for breakfast and the waitress was horrible. She started taking orders from people who were not seated before us. I ordered French Toast that was covered in blueberry sauce. I asked for syrup and she never brought it back. Never again!

Normal diner atmosphere, I pretty much only order the West Chester special here and they hit the spot everytime. The waitress Susan that seated us and took care of us the whole time was phenomenal and the absolute sweetest. Always enjoy coming back here. Prices are great to for todays standards.

I rate my experience with one star, as it should not take more than 45 minutes to receive one's food.

Six of us stopped by for a bite after a photoshoot. The place was not busy (that we could see) and we were seated immediately. It took probably 10 minutes before our orders were taken. We all ordered breakfast or sandwiches.

Then we waited and waited. I finally caught the eye of the Matron who, when I complained about the wait, explained that they had a birthday party in the back, in their banquet room. I say if you know you're overly busy, warn incoming patrons (who can't see the crowd in the back) that they might have an excessively long wait for their meal.

My French toast was OK. My friend's egg Benedict was "acceptable ".

Even though they only serve grits on Sundays I still enjoyed myself and the hospitality was great.

This was our second time going there the first time we had no problems at all. Our second time there an absolutely disgusting waitress proceeded to walk by and make ignorant remarks towards my military service dog. And even after showing her military ID and the dogs ADA and VA certificate she continued spewing absolute hot garbage from her mouth we asked for the manager at which time the hostess showed up and having no authority nothing happened. It wasn't until I was in my vehicle leaving did the manager show his face but by that time I was already leaving ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT They don't deserve your business

Delicious lunch shop, and kind service - our server generously loaned her personal sweatshirt to my mother, who has trouble managing cold AC sometimes. I had a great burger and onion rings, portion size would have been easily shareable.
