New West Chester Diner

Placed an order online. Cheeseburger had no cheese, ordered it medium and it came burnt. Got over easy eggs, they came well done. Ordered bacon and sausage, neither were in the order. No butter for the toast. No silverware. Phone number only works SOMETIMES?? Finally got thru on the 10th ring, and they tell us to take a picture (over an hour later at this point because phones weren’t working) of the food we DONT HAVE to get a refund for even just that part. HAVE THE RECEIPT. They told us to call doordash, it’s their problem, not the restaurant who messed up the order to begin with.
Very unprofessional customer service. Told them we were going to leave a review and the guy on the phone told us not to! Beware and always check your orders!!!! (I’m not even saying this because of anger, their food wasn’t even halfway good enough to be worth the anger.)

Been coming here ever since I was a teenager and I never found any place that could top their stuff flounder, I went to high end fancy restaurants that charged way more but still didn't compare to this diner and I still see a familiar face that still works there & the salad bar is awesome.

Mo is the highlight of this diner! We had a minor issue and Mo resolved it very quick. We had such an enjoyable time and we will come back for the food and to talk to Mo, he makes our day.

The food was horrible , salad bar looked like it had been left out for days, meatloaf was 2 thin little patties with canned gravy on top, mashed potatoes were disgusting. 🤢

We stopped by for a quick bite before heading home, we were sited at a table close to the kitchen door we asked to sit at a booth n were told no booths were available. The food was ok for a diner food. We were little turned off because first our server smelled of nicotine my wife has asthma so she was little bothered by it. We let that go cause we didn’t want to complain but the thing that bothered us the most was the conversation that the two waitress were having. The foul trashy language they were using and whoever they were talking about was horrible someone name ( Ben or Jen) it wa so disgusting the language. It literally ruined our experience. Servers should not be smelling of cigarettes period! Customers should not have to listen to waitress complaining.

One of the worst waffle I have ever had, this costed me 19 dollars. I had clearly specified waffle with fruits and whipped cream and extra chocolate chips and this is what I got.

The three of us went for lunch and were seated promptly. From start to finish, the service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. One person ordered the turkey club and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Caesar salad topped with fried chicken, and it was executed perfectly — fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The panini was also a hit with the third member of our group. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back.
