OMGoodness, what a treat we had this morning! Visiting our son at West Chester and we found this yummy breakfast/lunch spot. There was about a 20 minute wait but that isn’t bad for a Saturday morning. Everything we had was so good… Brisket omelet, breakfast burrito, and a side of spicy sausage gravy. So much flavor without the heavy greasiness we typically experience with this sort of order. Our waitress Colleen was so helpful and kind, and we both felt this was by far the best breakfast we have had in a Long time! Definitely recommend a stop if you haven’t tried it yet, and we will definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

What a nice find on the way to Longwood Gardens! First stop from Jersey was a winner. The food was fantastic and will certainly look to make this stop again on my next visit! This also took us off the main road and afterwards getting to Longwood you had to take a more scenic route that was so worth it!

You can definitely taste the freshness and scratch style cooking that goes on here. Cute place, if there was any question about giving this place, a five hour server, confirmed it with an amazing service and smile each time she came over. That is not a given these days and she was great. Sorry I missed your name.

We loved everything about this place. The food was so fresh and perfectly balanced - delicious meals that make you feel good after. The atmosphere and staff were top notch. Nothing feels rushed. It’s a very calm environment. Cannot wait to return - so willing to make the drive from Philly.
Parking was tight but if you’re patient it’s no biggie.

My husband and I traveled down to the West Chester area in Pa to a small cafe called Two Birds. Its modern, simple, but rustic decor is quite quant! If you're not careful you can just pass this little establishment. The food has no words other amazingly fresh and so delicious! I spoke with the person at the register and found out that their menu changes with the season of whats available. Its all farm to table. Everything is baked homemade in house. We took 2 different scones, a sticky bun and a cinnamon roll for the road. The packaging is cute. All 4 were just as good as the food. We will definitely go back and recommend this to anyone.

Finally tried Two Birds Cate for breakfast. Not sure how I came across them, but I think it was on Instagram. If you're in the West Chester area I would recommend giving them a try. Small parking lot, so plan accordingly. Service was very good despite being very busy on a Sunday morning. Typical homey seating that was reasonably well-spaced given the smallish building size. I wanted to try the corn, tomato, and goat cheese omelette but asked if they could add some grilled salmon since I thought that sounded like a good combination. It wasn't offered on the menu, but they accommodated my request. Turned out to be pretty darn good (although I probably would ask to dial back the goat cheese with the addition of the salmon). It came with some terrific home fries (very well seasoned) and some thick, soft, great tasting multi-grain toast with some yummy jam. Evan seemed to like his French Toast and I guess you would call the corned beef homemade (with real cubed beef), but he prefers the fully chopped beef versions.
Give them a try!

Parking: Minimal parking spots and street parking is dangerous. Really a great restaurant otherwise.

I recently tried the Eggs Benedict Southern style, and I was pleasantly surprised. The fried tomato added a nice twist, although it did have a bit of an oily taste that sometimes overpowered the other flavors. The sauce, however, was exceptional and truly made the dish stand out.
As for the cinnamon bun, it was a bit dry, likely from sitting out for a while, but the cream cheese frosting was light, airy, and had a lovely citrus flavor that complemented the cream cheese perfectly. I didn't get to try the scone, but they all looked fantastic.
My farro salad was decent, though it felt like it was missing something. I think a roasted red pepper aioli or a drizzle of hollandaise would have elevated the dish, and maybe some feta too. While it was filling, it felt a bit underwhelming and overpriced for what it was.
The place was really busy, but we were put on the waitlist and were promptly seated after just 25 minutes. Our food came out fairly fast, even though some others who ordered sandwiches seemed to wait longer. Despite the crowd and the noise in this smaller space, the service was really great, which was quite impressive.
The coffee, unfortunately, was a bit disappointing; it lacked boldness, though I did appreciate that it was locally sourced from Lamont Coffee. The orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed, but it had a fair taste overall.
In summary, the meal had its highlights and low points, but it was generally enjoyable.

Excellent food. Great egg sandwiches. Had a delicious egg and bacon sandwich on rye toast. My daughter had a sausage, bacon and cheese on and everything bagel. Both were absolutely perfect. FYI, they don’t scramble their eggs for all sandwiches. Either way they’re awesome. Great prices.

Service was awful. Waitress was avoidant and nervous. Food came out burnt, toast was black. Pancakes not cooked all the way. Gave us no ice in any of our drink. Coffee was bad. Also place definitely didn’t have AC. Bad experience won’t be coming back.
