You guys gotta hire some more staff and get these lines moving. Chic fil a is opening up next door and will absolutely kick your @$$ with their customer service. That being said chic fil a is the most overrated fast food on the planet. The only reason they do so well is because they are blessed by God and know how to move food quick. Get yo act together quick!!! Come on it’s been like 6 months of this. I call this place: Louisiana Snail’s Pace. You guys are giving me too much time to write! There’s not even a line right now! I’d wager to say you guys are on Par with Couch Tomato for customer service. Love Popeyes though. I will drive to the one in Coatesville if that’s what it means to get Top Notch bird. I don’t care about the language barrier like the other racists on here, just want you guys to hold up to the Louisiana fast promise. Never door dashing from here again! Almost as bad as the Taco Bell.

Ordered through their website to pick up on Thanksgiving and it was closed even though it said open online and they still charged me $50. I’ve tried to get someone by phone and by online customer service about a refund for over a week now and no one will get back to me.

Small great but has a great atmosphere inside and great seating options to sit at. Food comes out quick, fresh and hot, drive thru is also quick when I need to go in and out since I'm at work. I would come here 2 times a week!

horrible food it isn’t even cooked i found a bunch of ants in my bread and then i told the manager and he just gave me a apple pie like whatttt i just spent 60$ on 3 sandwiches and he wants to give me a apple pie for 60$!!!!! ridiculous will never be coming here again

Service is subpar. There has been a language barrier more than one time. I never get what I ask for. I asked for tenders, I got a chicken sandwich. I asked for spicy white meat, I received dark meat. I ask for apicy, it is mild. I expect hot food, it is cold. It is ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience at Popeyes recently! The service was fast, friendly, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The staff greeted me with a smile and made sure I was taken care of right away. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as I requested—hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I was really impressed with the level of service and quality of the food. I'll definitely be coming back!
