Was in for a drink .. waited 5 minutes no drink....sat by a guy who was there for 5 minutes before me and no drink for him either.....place was packed. Saw lots of employees but no service at the bar..... I was here before when it's not packed and service was good..., need two bartenders at the bar when packed?

lovely woman at the bar. assisted me with directions because of a closed road. I felt she went out of her way. I wish I would have gotten her name. would go there again. food look good in the atmosphere. was very nice and friendly

Grew up not to far away but have been living south of Pittsburgh for a while now. Finally bought some acreage and have a cabin on it about 6 miles away. I can take my ATV here. Love the convivence if I do not feel like cooking. Food is good and nice portion sizes. Fish fry is great must try. They also do breakfast as well which is good. Years back used to a little rougher crowd wise and could smoke. Nice that it is no smoking and actually pretty family friendly. A true PA rural bar for good food and atmosphere.

friday at 12pm we ordered food, mind you they only had 5 people at the bar and it still took and hour and a half to get my food..unreal some people dont have the day to waste trying to get a burger.

My 1st visit here was brief. I stepped out of my truck onto a sheet of ice and fell. I had to call the place and tell them I fell in their parking lot and I couldn’t get up (new knee). Five people came to my rescue. I left to buy and change into some clean clothes (over 100 miles from home here) and returned two days later for breakfast because I’m still working in the area. I’m so glad I came back. This place has the typical sportsman bar vibe. It’s clean and friendly and the food I had was delicious! Home made corned beef hash! It was sooo good! No weird stuff in it either. Corned beef,red potatoes, light onions, and cooked to perfection. My eggs were actually scrambled. Not just a slab of eggs tossed onto a flat top and flipped once into my plate. Thank you!

Hit yelled at from I believe the owner. That or some stranger at the bar, for having my daughter sitting at the only open chair in the place waiting for 2 cups of coffee while staying at the cabins across the street. Also didn't take care.. no one said so prior. Waitress said she would just give me the coffee we had to wait for the pot to brew for free. But, the owners is right there. Looking in area of the man who yelled at us. By law in Ohio, if a parent is not drinking alcohol their child is actually allowed to sit at the bar. But I wasn't even wanting her to sit there. She was facing me so she didn't have to face anybody else and the seats rolled. Also I was standing next to the coffee pot. Was close as I can get, and clearly didn't have a drink in my hand or near me. There is also other children there eating. I've put felt uncomfortable and did not return again that week for coffee even though we forgot to bring a coffee pot.

The food specials are really good. We both had the fish sandwich and both of us could only eat half of it! The chili is good and hearty and the cheese curds are delicious...dipped in their ranch 🤤 🤤 The service is really good and everyone including the other patrons were all very nice!
