The manager, Kevin,at the Panera Bread location in Warerfront was exceptional: friendly, understanding, apologetic and very helpful. I went to Panera Sunday to grab my usual sandwich and long story short, there were some issues and I wasn't able to immediately go back to have them addressed, but came in several days later spoke with Kevin, manager on shify that day and with absolutely no hesitation or questions immediately apologized and was willing to do anything he could to make up for the mistake a few days prior. I really appreciated his professionalism, understanding and generosity. Definitely will choose this location before any others. Thank you!

I received the wrong sandwich and didn't realize it until I was home. I called and was asked if I could bring it back. I stated no because I was across town. The person did apologize but didn't ask if they could compensate me. Smh!!!
Terrible experience from start to finish. 10am on a Sunday and out of almost 1/2 of everything. The workers were extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The restaurant was downright filthy from the tables to the floor. Not only did they get our order wrong but they also did with the customers all around us.

One of the workers didn’t have on gloves I didn’t appreciate that at all it’s unsanitary and disgusting to touch food that humans have to eat without any gloves please use gloves !!!!
