Terrible experience from start to finish. 10am on a Sunday and out of almost 1/2 of everything. The workers were extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The restaurant was downright filthy from the tables to the floor. Not only did they get our order wrong but they also did with the customers all around us.

One of the workers didn’t have on gloves I didn’t appreciate that at all it’s unsanitary and disgusting to touch food that humans have to eat without any gloves please use gloves !!!!

The place is so unprofessional and employees are so ignorant and rude. They had forgotten to add chicken to my green goddess chicken salad, and when I went ahead and asked for the same, they just added chicken and bacon directly to my salad, instead of remaking it, and offered a sandwich for the trouble. We waited for over half hour and went and asked them for the order, for which they mockingly replied that the 'sandwich fell on the floor'. We went and complained to the manager, who was totally unhelpful and did not take any accountability for the employee's behavior. Never expected this kind of a treatment at a reputed restaurant.

Robert the Manager is amazing. Took it on his own to personally correct a huge mistake by DoorDash. The food came promptly and was amazing. I can’t thank Robert enough. I would highly recommend Panera at West Homestead for their amazing customer service and great food.
Thank you so much. We came in 15 minutes before close trying to get to our movie and the staff was super friendly, didn't get mad that they had to do something before close and gave us amazing food and service.

The young lady at the register was great. I ordered the new Steak & Wake sandwich. I stood there for 5 minutes watching the employees prepping for a catering event. The District Mgr comes in and begins speaking with an employee. After another couple minutes, he asks me what I was waiting for. He then has to instruct someone to start my sandwich because I've been waiting... After he instructed someone, I looked back and the employee was on her phone and still no sandwich. When I decided to request my money back because I was waiting and on a schedule, it was issued, then my sandwich comes. However, it was cold and not done...

It was great being able to stop in for a coffee or ice tea unlimited with my sip club subscription and walk the waterfront.
I had a fantastic experience at the Waterfront Panera! I ordered the new Toasted Italiano and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, and both were delicious. The sandwich was perfectly toasted with flavorful ingredients, while the soup was warm and comforting. The store was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s clear that they take pride in their service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this Panera for a delightful meal and a pleasant dining experience. Five stars all around!
