“We have nothing but great things to say about this place and the people that keep it running! The baked goods are some of the best I have ever had. Of course they are known for their chocolate chip cookies but every cookie they sell is top notch. We had an assortment of them at our wedding and people still rave about them. The donuts are also the best around, but only available Mondays and Fridays! They are always trying new flavors and we are never disappointed. The owner and staff are all so friendly and genuinely seem happy to be there and serve the community. They only take but there is an ATM so there's nothing stopping you from trying this place!”

“I’ve ordered a variety of food from Bishop’s and it’s all been good. From hoagies to apps to pizza, you can’t go wrong. My favorite is the steak rolls. I’d recommend this place, especially if there’s a group where everyone wants something different to eat.”

“Really had a very good meal here. Had the 12oz Ribeye blackened to almost perfection with mash potatoes and gravy. Also had the shrimp/ clam chowder which was also excellent. Sat at the bar but wasn't really drinking and that wasn't an issue at all. The bartender, Brittany, who waited on me couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.”

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!”

“We are so lucky to have an establishment like Baby Loves Tacos in the East End! This family not only knows how to make amazing tacos, burritos, etc., but they also know how to feed the soul of a community. From their donation based coffee station to their pay it forward meals to their community meals at the end of the day when they have some extra ingredients, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. If you are craving anything on their menu, you won’t be disappointed. This is a must visit establishment when in the neighborhood.”

“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!”

“I happened upon this coffee shop on a whim and felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. Honestly, it was like I stepped into a cozy fantasy novel. The atmosphere is friendly and you can *feel* the care and thoughtfulness that goes into the service. There are so many drink choices that I'm glad there's a wheel to spin for inspiration. “I love the amount of real spices they use in their curries. I can tell that the restaurant has a great quality of food. I am very sensitive to (hot) spices, but I want to enjoy the flavors of Indian food. If I ask for a 0 the spice level feels too hot for me. Last time I came, I asked for them to adjust the spice level to be milder than 0. They were able to reduce the heat in the dish to levels I could handle without reducing the flavor. I have not dined in at this restaurant, but enjoy the ambience of the place. It is clean and the decor is eye catching.”

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. I would strongly recommend this location for really first rate Italian food and a great atmosphere”
