Always a good meal here. The Waterfront location has such polite employees. Always service with a smile. I had the “You Pick Two” meal — Mac ‘n Cheese & tomato ‘n mozzarella sandwich. I was surprised how good the Mac ‘n Cheese was. Excellent meal.

Panera Bread offers a wonderful dining experience at its waterfront location, with friendly staff and good food. Some reviews mention being disappointed with the lack of certain menu items, such as chicken rice soup and Greek salad, and receiving subpar portions and stale baguettes. However, the manager is amazing, taking it on his own to personally correct a huge mistake. The food came promptly and was amazing. The staff was super friendly and gave amazing food and service, even 15 minutes before close. The staff was welcoming and did an awesome job on orders. The cook deserves a raise. A fantastic experience was had, ordering the new Toasted Italiano and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, and both were delicious. The sandwich was perfectly toasted with flavorful ingredients, while the soup was warm and comforting. The store was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
