Everyone who works there is so kind and pleasant, and as a former barista at a busy location myself, I know just how hard their job is and I really appreciate how nice they are in spite of that.

They're pretty quick with the coffee even when they're busy in my opinion but sometimes it's only two of them and they still be getting things done..

I just don't understand the lack of service, given the supposed premium product that Starbucks is offering. Nobody greets you, everyone seems to be in a terrible mood like they're doing you a huge favor for taking your order, and its unnecessarily slow. You've got 4-5 associates in the store and only one seems to be doing anything.

They slow as hell here. No they weren’t short staffed there was five employees unfortunately only one was running ragged. Orders being made out of order, quality of drinks 0/10 if someone is paying $6-$9 for a drink fill it up at least.. also they weren’t taking names so I’m just guessing which drink is supposed to be mine. Whew where’s the pop up corporate visit

One of the employees made the wrong coffee and seemed annoyed that I wanted them to make the correct one.

I'm done. After more than a decade of hanging out here and spending who knows how much money, I can't just ignore how awful this location has become.

Since when did kids start drinking coffee, I guess it's more like a dessert these days. Total headache waiting for 2 drinks. I ordered. These hyper active adolescents touching everything on the counter bothering the coffee slingers. And they all must have hearing problems cause the level of their voice was at screaming. Then the bean steamer guy forgot the second drink so I waited 25 minutes to get acknowledged. I was done with my drink and the lady with me said hers was all ice.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. The health department should close them down, it was absolutely filthy!!! With 5 employees working zero customers except us and after being ignored for 5 minutes they finally took our order then proceeded to ignore us again while we waited 20 minutes for our 3 drinks to be made! Disgusting service and disgusting environment. This is the second time I have been here and the first experience was exactly the same.

Once again, I gave this location the benefit of the dout, and they failed again. Smh. Why would you continue making mobile orders when there's a whole lot of people inside waiting for their coffee? I tipped beforehand, which makes me so angry. I'm done giving them chances.
The team at this Starbucks is awesome. Today, they were having an extremely busy morning, and as a former retail worker, I felt their struggle. Between a-lot of orders and customer issues they came together as a team, and specifically Rochelle, Courtney and the Manager did a great job.

This is the worst starbucks in the area period they're constantly closing early period the sign says they're open until 8:30 thirty, but that is not the case almost ever
