They can’t seem to get it together no matter who they hire, every drink is worse than the last, can’t even make a simple refresher it’s sad when you spend 8$ on a drink and the baristas seems to have no training. This place has been consistently bad for 3 years. This is the very last time I ever go there.

This is the location in Target, not at the outdoor waterfront mall. Stopped here to grab an iced coffee as it’s too hot for hot coffee. Baristas were super helpful in making a drink for me as I’m lactose intolerant and was worried that there may be issues post coffee. Drink was super tasty! Thanks so much for your recommendations! I genuinely appreciate it!

I just want to say this starbucks is horrible! I have gone there twice and they have messed it up both times the first time it was really busy so I understood, but this time the barista did a terrible job , the shake expresso taste horrible and is filled with a bunch of coffee grinds at the bottom, and i have worked at Starbucks before i know there a bad shots and then there a good shots , she most definitely didnt check at all to see if the shots were bad. She didnt add the flavoring into the shaker but instead at the bottom of the cup , so all the flavorings were in a thick layer at the bottom with all the coffee grinds . 1/10 stars do not recommend at all .

My mother and I stopped at bath and body works and walked acrossed the street to Starbucks so convent! Our barista Julissa was so helpful and kind our drinks were perfect atmosphere was great definitely will be back to this Location again !

I ordered my drink and went to pay with a $50 bill. They claim they do not accept $50 bills. It had nothing to do with time of day. I immediately called corporate customer service while waiting for my drink. They state they do not have a corporate policy with respect to this issue. Does the Homestead Starbucks also have a policy that you have to have exact change if paying cash? About three weeks ago, I attempted to order the same drink at the same Starbucks. However, they were out of product and I left empty-handed. In the summer, the grounds outside the building are gorgeous for lingering. However, this facility leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning.

Friday stoped in store to get a vanilla latte. I walked in to counter 3 girls were standing there talking. One turned around and said “we will be with you in a minute.” They continued their conversation for another 4 or 5 minutes while I stood there. Finally gave my order and moved to end of counter where a nice young woman was making mobile orders. I actually waited almost 10’minutes for the girl who took my order to make it. No one else was working. Terrible service! I have never seen such bad customer service!!’
