The Giant Eagle Supermarket offers a mixed experience for customers. While the store is described as huge, stocked with a variety of products, and generally clean, the service can be hit or miss. Employees are sometimes reported as antisocial, unfriendly, and inattentive. However, one reviewer had a positive experience with a cheerful and efficient Bok Hee at the deli. The Starbucks located within the supermarket also received mixed reviews, with one customer noting the employee seemed detached. Overall, the supermarket provides a convenient shopping experience with a wide selection, though the customer service could use improvement.
