Just picked up an order - after getting home I noticed they made a simple mistake with my order none the less a mistake I called back to try to correct it but the girl got rude with me and hung up the phone - if this is the way you treat your customers you should not be in business!

we order from here quite frequently. tonight I ordered a meatball hoagie and when it came I went to take it out of the foil and it was falling apart because the bun was so soggy. we called to complain they said they would make another but only when they could get here other customers were ahead of us. what about the $40 I just paid you and couldn't even eat my hoagie. since when is it the customers fault that you delivered an extremely soggy hoagie .. my complaint is more about you thinking I wasn't considered a worthy customer because we had a complaint. that you think it's acceptable to wait almost 2 hrs for a new hoagie that we called and said don't bother we just will never order again

We order take out food at least once a week, sometimes more. Have never been disappointed. The pizza and wings are excellent but the steak salads are gigantic with everything you could want and more. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot. The prices are very friendly too!

Was disappointed the first time we ordered, but the second time was fantastic! Try the thick crust pizza (a lot less sweet and more of a traditional pizza crust) and the prime rib (I got the prime rib sub and it was great).Also, they forgot a side salad and ran it all the way back to the house! We realized they forgot it, but we weren't even worried about it since I didn't realize it came with one item we ordered. And I missed their call to let me know they were making a special trip, otherwise I would have declined. Mistakes happen, but it's nice to know they realized and were proactively fixing it.
Great Italian Restaurant. I ordered Spaghetti and a Stuffed Shell dinner and it was excellent. Large portions, quick service and reasonably priced. I plan on visiting again.

Tell employees when they stand or sit outfront on the steps smoking that not cool. Doesnt look good. Foods just ok. Nothing to write home about. Spaghetti sauce not up to par. It tastes to much like tomatoe paste.

Doing a blind test. This is my first order from falbo's. I usually order from mamma papinos. Let you know how they do. Test is done. Ordered 8 in ham and cheese wing dings and onion rings. Onion rings were crunchy didn't pull the onion out when eating A+. Wing dings they dredge the wing's in seasoned flower they were crunchy jucey was missing something ( many pepper or they should try some paprika) give them an A. The sandwich plenty of meat cheese and fresh veggies bread could have been tosted longer got a bit soggy twords the end give a B+. All said gave 4 star's always room for important. Will try again. Also said 45 min to 1 hour only took 35 min. Good job Falbo's.
