God where to start. We were there a lil after 8pm, 5/22/2025. We were the only customers in there. The young lady behind the counter was way beyond rude. This was the worst food order experience of my entire life ( I am going to be 60 years old). She was upset because we asked for lettuce peppers and onions on our sub ( outlaw steak) . we asked to have the bread toasted, she literally put in it the toaster oven for 5 seconds. We brought home took off mostly everything but steak and cheese and toasted in the oven. Then doctored up a lil. here is the pic of open sub. she refused to put much on it, when i mentioned it she put one piece of a pepper on it. My wife tipped her anyway ( her policy is to try and kill with kindness ) lol. When we got in the car she said "wow was that bitch rude". She is a soft spoken christian person. I about fell on the floor. I have never in the years I have known her, heard her speak that way about anyone. The girl kept saying I have so much to do when I get home. She was talking very fast and acting as if she was in a huge hurry. By the time we pulled out of the parking lot and got to the light she was standing outside smoking. WTF happened to all the stuff she had to do? I hate to give this experience 1 start but zero is not an option.

Both employees were very upset with the previous shift they were talking so much about their frustration it was difficult to order,the fountain sprite tastes like pure soda water , vitamin water was tasteless, the coke wasn't horrible just very weak but when the card machine didn't work and they didn't have forks (I got a protein bowl) he gave us the two drinks for free. Either they have switched employees given there are some good reviews or someone was having a really bad day!!!

Hoagie and she made our sandwich and it was more bread then anything and then we got 3 dollar dipper and they was not even mad right we went to pull them out of the bag and they just fell apart there was only a piece of pepperoni in it

One of the nicest looking Subways I have been in. Service was exemplary and the parking lot was huge with a picnic table along the river.

The employee Sebastian was being be very rude to my kids and told them to go outside and get a life. And the tables were not clean at all it was disgusting I will never go here again Unless Tyler is there he's better than Sebastian. And the bathrooms were very disgusting not stocked at all the booths are disgusting And there were ants on the table it was very disgusting this place needs to be shut down

Brought the wife and two of our grandkids in this afternoon. Sebastian was our guy....and did an outstanding job!! Very kind, personable and attentive to what the kids wanted to make our meals perfect. Hoping the Owner of this particular restaurant realizes what a wonderful employee Sebastian is. Thank you!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! This EMPLOYEE NAME SEBASTIAN WAS A GREAT GUY!!!! HE SERVED MY FOOD PERFECTLY THE WAY I WANTED AND WAS VERY SOCIAL AT THE SAME TIME. GIVE THIS KID A RAISE PLEASE, BEST SUBWAY IVE EVER ATE AT!!!!!!!

When we arrived, there was no one else in the place. We had to ask for a rag to wipe off the tables they were sticky and covered in crumbs and spilt drink. Make sure you announce that you have coupons so the cashier can charge you accordingly, if you don't... You'll get nothing but attitude. Even when you present the coupons at the checkout point. Oh and let's not forget that at the counter while paying there was a spider climbing on our to go bag. ? The bathrooms were not clean or stocked. And don't take your little ones. They have a highchair, but no changing table in the bathroom. That's when you change the baby on the table your eating at. All the items listed above could be fixed or taken care of, but the attitude from the girl who rang me up was enough for me to never go back. She stayed in the back and made people wait for 5 minutes til they called out for her to come and wait on them.
