My husband has been a customer of Subway for 30 years. He has eaten lunch at this particular Subway everyday since it opened. He has been served by many of the employees here over the years and they all have been great, except for this woman employee today. It took her 5 minutes to show up behind the counter. Once she was behind the counter, she began talking to two women, telling stories about herself, for at least 5 minutes, while my husband waited. She was gabbing and hadn’t even started to make sandwiches for either of the two women customers. My husband spoke up and said, “Miss, can you take my order, I am on a time schedule.” She replied, “If you don’t like it, go eat somewhere else!” He obviously left. Very rude and not an employee I’d want representing my company.

The girl that waited on my wife and I made us wait while she was in the back before ordering for like 5 minutes to start! Then she didn't have half the ingredients to our sandwichs and didn't bother to tell us until after the sandwiches were already made! ( chicken bacon ranch without the ranch) then there were no lids or straws to use for our take out drinks! Oh and their bathrooms were absolutely unacceptable! Gross!!!!

Brice was amazing, he apologized for not having our online order ready. He was so friendly it would have been hard to be mad or impatient, he deserves a raiseI don't know the name of the other person there but he w had was very nice too, and while Brice was making our sandwiches he was waiting on other customers. In my opinion they both deserve raises.

My friend and I got in pretty late from biking the GAP and subway was the only option around, but Bryce was exceptionally friendly and efficient! He did not make us feel like a burden for coming in after 9pm and seemed to be running the whole store efficiently himself. Beyond the great service, the store was also very clean.
