I’ve been here several times and the food is decent, but unfortunately today we stoped there and were seated right away, they were many open tables, I saw several waitresses and waiters pass our table and not even glance our way, we waited 15 minutes and were not even acknowledged!! We ended up leaving to go somewhere else, terrible service!!!!! I gave atmosphere 3 starts because there was a man playing acoustic music but I obviously can not rate the food since no one would wait on us.

Update: Originally 5 stars downgraded to 3. The quality of food has significantly gone downhill in the past couple of years. I've stopped here a couple of time and recently I ordered a gyro and the shell was super stale, the quantity of meat and ingredients was very small and didnt really have a good flavor. Others dining agreed there food experience was not good. I know it's hard to run a restaurant but if you are forced to use stale pita then just dont have it on the menu. They were out of most of the beers we asked for on the menu as well. They did have a trivia thing going on, so hey I enjoyed sitting there drinking beers of what they did have on tap and playing along. For that I give them credit. I just wish the food was good, or even decent.
I write reviews because I would want to know if my product was good or was bad, and so that I can recall if I liked a place or not. Prior this place was a decent stop, I can't really recommend it anymore.
We ordered dinner here today for the first time and it was mediocre at best. I ordered online for take out, Saturday around 4:20, arrived at 5:10 to pick up. Got an buffalo chicken dip appetizer, a bacon cheeseburger provolone cheese, mustard, pickles and lettuce, a Jimmy burger with only American cheese, 2 gyros and a sicilian pizza with 1/2 pepperoni. All burgers were to be cooked thoroughly. All meals came with fries and a pickle spear. Parking was rough. There's like maybe 7 spaces by the building? I went in to get my food and I was directed to the bar. Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to appear. She went to collect my order and packed it while I waited. I got in the car and counted my items, everything was there. After my 35 minute drive home I was very disappointed. The gyro meals were fine, not many veggies to be found and the container of tzatziki sauce is tiny, like a couple table spoons maybe... Tiny. So they're pretty dry, but there is a good portion of meat on them. The fries were good! My son didnt like the bacon cheeseburger, he said it was too greasy. Also they put mayonnaise on it instead of mustard, he hates mayonnaise. My other son who is autistic wouldn't touch his Jimmy burger because despite me ordering it well done and plain, they put lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise on it. I scraped everything off and cut it into bite size pieces for him just to see the whole burger was pink inside. And not a pickle spear to be found for anybof the meals! They put 8 mini pepperoni on half of a large pizza... like what? The buffalo chicken dip was ok but not something I would go out of my way to get. The Trail Side is too far from home for me to call and complain because I'm not taking another hour+ to get new food... Just take the loss and not go back.

I hate to even say it, but this was the absolute worst service I have ever had at an establishment. From our drinks sitting at the end of the bar for atleast 10mins, not once, but twice. To waiting 50minutes for food. Being told after the 50 minutes when we say go ahead & cancel our order, that our food was ready & getting trayed up. We agreed to stay & have the meal, waited 15 more minutes for cold, hard buns on our sandwiches to come out & be told they actually "ran out" of pulled pork, so my 86yr old grandmother would not have a meal. 65 minutes later, we left to eat somewhere else!
