We love visiting Ballyhoo, but most of the time order it to go. We always seem to get 'Ash' on the rare occasion we sit in. She's always miserable and makes the time unenjoyable. Don't make your customers feel like a burden. And she always puts two napkins in the center of the table even though there are clearly more than two people. You have to get more on your own. Definitely don't ask any questions bc she will be snippy and unhelpful. It's upsetting...

i got a seasonal blend it for st pattys day and it was so delicious. perfect mix of oreo and ice cream! my server was dana and she did a great job at servicing our table! the inside is super cool too- would highly recommend!!

The atmosphere is like a Harry Potter candy store with doodads and trinkets for kids, all sorts of rare and unique candies, and a moving wood ladder that you see in rustic libraries. The ice cream was absolutely delicious with plenty of unique options to choose from along with seasonal options as well. Outside seating is lacking but they have plenty of indoor seating space. Parking is street parking. Very kid friendly
