Very unprofessional staff. All they have is kids running the store while their friends are there entertaining them. Ive seen it happen many times, I refuse to continue giving my service to this location. I pulled into the parking lot and of course there were friends there by one of the staff. As I’m there still in my car the friends kept staring at me and kept turning around, laughing and saying something to the kids that work there. When I go in the one tall guy with the glasses says “I can see the resemblance” which confirms they were talking about me. Not stepping into this location again. And I can see many others boycotting it in the future as well.

Kids behind the counter care more about talking to their friends than helping customers. I had to wait for him to finish his conversation with another kid sitting at a table before he noticed I was standing there. Then the service was lacking any kind of professionalism or courtesy. Counters were dirty with what appeared to be spilt coffee, garbage on the floor etc.

Placed an order for them to not make my food after 25 minutes. Had to leave my food because I needed to go to work. Watched some manager stand on the other side of the counter for over 15 minutes on her phone or eating while a bunch of young girls ran around working like dogs. Now I’m hungry and poor and my coffee is cold because they made my coffee as soon as my order was placed and let it sit on the counter while they did other stuff all morning. I’m very disappointed. When I told them I was going to be late for work they didn’t even bother to care just set me on my way. I guess this is what I should expect from Dunkin

I recently visited the Dunkin location near me, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. The staff's ignorance and lack of care for customer satisfaction were evident from the moment I walked in. It was clear that proper training and professionalism were sorely lacking in this establishment.Firstly, the employees seemed completely oblivious to the concept of customer service. They appeared disinterested and unengaged, barely acknowledging my presence as I stood in line. When it was finally my turn to order, I was met with a lackadaisical attitude and a complete disregard for my preferences. It felt as if they were just going through the motions, without any genuine concern for providing a positive experience.The morning manager, in particular, was shockingly immature and unprofessional. Instead of leading by example and ensuring a smooth operation, they seemed more interested in engaging in personal conversations with the staff, often at the expense of customer service. Their lack of focus and inability to handle even the simplest of requests was frustrating and unacceptable.Furthermore, it was evident that the morning manager had not received proper training. They seemed ill-equipped to handle any issues that arose, often resorting to deflecting blame onto others or simply ignoring the problem altogether. This lack of accountability and responsibility only further highlighted the incompetence of the management team.Overall, my experience at this Dunkin location was extremely disappointing. The staff's ignorance and lack of care for customer satisfaction, coupled with the immature and improperly trained morning manager, made for an unpleasant visit. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable experience to avoid this particular Dunkin location.

I ordered online and picked up in store. as I was leaving, I noticed my donut was upside down in the bag so I had to pry it off the bottom of the bag before I could eat it. great job guys ?

I went in before school to grab a quick bite to start my day I understand they were in a rush since it was the morning, but I would rather wait then get poor quality food I was honestly just disappointed and had no time to go back .VERYBURNT!

I recommend it if you drink coffee. I do not and loved their hot chocolates. This location was remodeled but they did not and will not be getting a hot chocolate machine. So if going to coffee you are all set, hot coco look elsewhere.
