The night shift on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are the best closers! Will only go there when they are working, the store is always clean when those closers are working and my order is always made RIGHT! When I used to go during the daytime, the store is a mess and my order is never made correct.

You guys need to hire more staff to work the morning rush. I know a lot of kids these days get a lot of flack for being lazy or unprofessional, and some of them rightfully so. But having only three staff members scrambling around frantically trying to prepare orders for a backup of 20 plus people in the store we're all waiting collectively for at least 10 to 15 minutes for their mobile orders is pretty ridiculous.

I have not been to a Dunkin in years but I stopped going to star bucks it was to pricy .i went into the one in west Pittston and then girls where the friendliest people to me they answered all my questions we even had a nice conversation it was good I definitely recommend this place it’s the best one.
