Hometown diner with friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. Plenty of free on-street parking & unlike some diners, they take credit cards. I ordered the Everyday special: 2 eggs, home fries, their signature chipped ham, & wheat toast, Chipped ham was a little salty for me, but that’s probably how they did it back then. Everything else was good. I got there early for breakfast, as I was leaving, a lot of locals poured in. I see they serve ice cream & milkshakes too. I’ll have to try them next time.

Generous, delicious portions cooked to order. Coffee is excellent. Staff is friendly. Place is a hidden gem that is clean, welcoming, and inexpensive. Definitely worth repeatedly visiting in the future!!

I love, love, love this gem. It's an old school Isaly's with the original diner type light fixtures that hearken me back to my childhood when my grandpap used to take us to Isaly's for ice cream. My top choices here are the western omelet, the reuben, and the potato salad (which tastes exactly like my grandmothers.
I do wish the deli counter had grab and go sides, and more deli meats and cheese. I would have taken a giant container of potato salad home!!!

Went here for breakfast and loved it! Large portions, good prices and the food was delicious. I had a West View omelet with Islys chipped ham, onions, peppers, tomatoes and cheese. Home fries included. Sorry for the picture but it was an afterthought. This is over half gone.
