We ordered 12 pieces. Half original half crispy. Got home all crispy. It tasted like no chicken all crispy. It was terrible. Hate crispy so I hated it. Done going there. 40 dollars and all to eat was mashed potatoes. Highly disappointed

I asked for a chicken sandwhich with no pickles. It had pickles. Came back, asked for another without pickles. Guy said I could keep the sandwhich. Another rude woman walked over to my table, told me I didnt say no pickles despite the fact that I did, and then demanded I return the sandwhich.

Ordered delivery. The bbq Korean fries 🍟 I think were a weird combination. Was not a fan of them at all. My chicken was a little overdone and darker, but surprisingly still juicy. Wasnt a fan of the potato cakes or whatever they were called. Didn't care for the nuggets either. I feel like they used to be different? They forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy which was sad . Overall wasn't awful just wasn't amazing either. Oh but hey they remembered all my sauces :)

Dead on inside. Looks like the 2 lazy crew members didn't wanna take my order so I left. Wilkinsburg kfc does a better job.
Popeyes is a few min drive away on 65. Better luck there since. I've no problems at all from popeyes.
