Worst drive thru experience, the personal are very rude, its the 2nd time i go there and both times have been bad experiences, apparently im not the only one who thinks that....... that place need new employees

Ordered delivery. The bbq Korean fries 🍟 I think were a weird combination. Was not a fan of them at all. My chicken was a little overdone and darker, but surprisingly still juicy. Wasnt a fan of the potato cakes or whatever they were called. Didn't care for the nuggets either. I feel like they used to be different? They forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy which was sad . Overall wasn't awful just wasn't amazing either. Oh but hey they remembered all my sauces :)

Popeyes is a few min drive away on 65. Better luck there since. I've no problems at all from popeyes.

Chicken tenders over cooked, they claimed they gave me my whole order, so when I got home no Chicken tenders, had to drive all the way back and don't you think you could have given me something extra for the mistake plus no biscuits wasn't driving back! Almost forgot no sauces either. And a customer made a grrr sound to me, hopefully his order was right so he didn't have to waste gas and time and money for nothing!
