KFC had a bucket deal which I took advantage of. At 5:00 pm I went to the store, was told they had no original chicken, it would take about twenty monutes. I decided to wait. It took a bit longer, I was offered food that wasn't mine at one point, then had to ask for cole slaw. I did get an extra biscuit, and the staff is friendly. But the corn did not look or taste very fresh. The strength of the good tasting KFC chicken is the saving grace, but it may be a while before I go back. I'm sorry that I had to write this review with less than five stars....???

Hours of Operation 10:30am-10:30pm. Driven to the restaurant because of above average marketing on television. Only to be disappointed upon arrival. Showed up to the drive thru at 9:40pm. Sat there while nobody took my order. Drove around the building and witnessed 3 employees standing in there. Proceed back to drive thru. An employee walks out the back door to take the trash out and tells me they are done. Not serving any more food. I explain their hours say until 10:30. He says nope. Done. No food.Bad business. Franchise owner needs to get it together.

Ordered dinner for my family last night around 630 7pm, ordered online and you accepted my money and took it out of my account. When I arrive after a 15 minute drive, YOUR RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!!!! NO ONE THERE, LIGHTS OUT!! HOW THE HELL DOES A COMPANY TAKE YOUR ORDER, TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND NOT EVEN BE OPEN!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THERE AGAIN!! WORST BUSINESS EVER!

My wife has always loved their chicken. However, the amount of meat in the chicken and size of the chicken is definitely smaller. Chicken was almost all fired breading. The food was the same way at multiple locations. To top it off, their prices are out of control for what you get!

We had a great experience there. The people were very friendly. The food fresh and hot. And the new dining room is very nice. The general manager came out and asked us if everything was good. He also was very friendly. I really like the change there. Not just the remodel but overall things are so much better than they were 2 years ago.
