Well at 9:20 pm tonight, I stopped by to order myself dinner for the night.Big mistake, as soon as I got to the window I was told that I am only allowed to pay with card, ok sure I will pay with card. I order my combo but was not allowed to get anything from the grill items,What!!!!!? Drive up to the windows, they can not give me my Baja Mt Dew. This is ridiculous that you are open til 1am and customers have to pay with card,can't have anything from the grill and they can't wash down their food with delicious Baja Blast. This place just always seems to have constant problems, SMH

Rerurned again to try again, turned away because they had no one to stock product.
This location is obviously very poorly managed, and the franchise/corporation should look into replacing the management at this location before their reviews are unrepairable and they fail and close.

Worst Taco Bell I been to hands down I came at night, workers are incredibly rude trying to be funny speaking to each other with disgusting language. My food I order was just thrown together like they didn’t care for it. Doors were locked I tried to come in and order and was told I can’t order only for DoorDash and Uber eats so I had to go in the drive thru, I waited almost 10 minutes for 4 items I seen a white man smoking something this whole place is so unprofessional. I’ve came here before maybe around 2-3 for my lunch break and it was great, great service clean environment. I thought I would pick up some things for me and my husband when I got off work something quick cause it was late and it was the total opposite I will not be back.

they messed up my order and when i went to the counter to tell them, a young man had his hands on the waist of the cook and his lips about a 1/2 inch away from her face. I do not want to see PDA happening in the food prep area. when she had to leave her love interest to correct my order, she gave me a nasty glare. she didn't wash her hands and again, gave me the wrong item, but by this time, i didn't want to push my luck. i will only go back for drinks.

The customer service at this location definitely has its moments. Most employees are friendly, but unfortunately, the quality of the food is beyond disappointing and DOES NOT match the friendly staff. I really wish I took a picture of what I ordered today because the Corporate office would be absolutely mortified!! The potholes need immediate attention ASAP!!! Someone has to care about this store because it needs serious help! #willnotbeback

The staff and food are no problem, but service is often pretty slow here, even if you are the only car in the lot. The parking lot is also in terrible condition and full of really deep potholes.
