We just got home from the one in west view and the girl at the window was soooo nice! The food was the freshest I have ever gotten at any taco bell and what was supposed to be hot was hot! Probably the best taco bell i have ever been to. If anyone from that store or taco bell management read this you need to check out this one. (Even looking through the window it looked clean) They deserve a raise. Great quality and service!

I ordered through Instacart who uses Uber Eats, and this has got to be the last time I ever get food from Taco Bell. Not only are their prices too high for the quality you get, the food itself is trash. I had 4 hard tacos in my order that all looked like the picture above...FALLING APART. They're barely taco shells at all! They're as thin as paper!!! Also, you see the crunch wrap barely has anything in it, and the chicken in the cantina taco is burnt. They should close this location and then Taco Bell should just go out of business completely

Whose idea was it to take the menu away? Multiple people sitting on their phones. Guy taking the order not in uniform and wearing a shirt with a gun on it and a fake diamond chain swinging around. Took 30 minutes to get 5 hard tacos with no one in the drive thru and we were the only people in the place. What a JOKE. Retrain these useless humans please

Sat in the drive thru waiting 30 minutes for my order last night. I was the only customer in line and there was not any customers inside. I made a mobile order when it specifically says no sour cream or beans in anything due to allergies. They completely ignored the specifications despite taking so long. Had to throw $15 worth of food away. I see this location getting shut down soonā all of the reviews are bad.

Well at 9:20 pm tonight, I stopped by to order myself dinner for the night.Big mistake, as soon as I got to the window I was told that I am only allowed to pay with card, ok sure I will pay with card. I order my combo but was not allowed to get anything from the grill items,What!!!!!? Drive up to the windows, they can not give me my Baja Mt Dew. This is ridiculous that you are open til 1am and customers have to pay with card,can't have anything from the grill and they can't wash down their food with delicious Baja Blast. This place just always seems to have constant problems, SMH

Rerurned again to try again, turned away because they had no one to stock product.
This location is obviously very poorly managed, and the franchise/corporation should look into replacing the management at this location before their reviews are unrepairable and they fail and close.

Worst Taco Bell I been to hands down I came at night, workers are incredibly rude trying to be funny speaking to each other with disgusting language. My food I order was just thrown together like they didnāt care for it. Doors were locked I tried to come in and order and was told I canāt order only for DoorDash and Uber eats so I had to go in the drive thru, I waited almost 10 minutes for 4 items I seen a white man smoking something this whole place is so unprofessional. Iāve came here before maybe around 2-3 for my lunch break and it was great, great service clean environment. I thought I would pick up some things for me and my husband when I got off work something quick cause it was late and it was the total opposite I will not be back.
