they messed up my order and when i went to the counter to tell them, a young man had his hands on the waist of the cook and his lips about a 1/2 inch away from her face. I do not want to see PDA happening in the food prep area. when she had to leave her love interest to correct my order, she gave me a nasty glare. she didn't wash her hands and again, gave me the wrong item, but by this time, i didn't want to push my luck. i will only go back for drinks.

The customer service at this location definitely has its moments. Most employees are friendly, but unfortunately, the quality of the food is beyond disappointing and DOES NOT match the friendly staff. I really wish I took a picture of what I ordered today because the Corporate office would be absolutely mortified!! The potholes need immediate attention ASAP!!! Someone has to care about this store because it needs serious help! #willnotbeback

The staff and food are no problem, but service is often pretty slow here, even if you are the only car in the lot. The parking lot is also in terrible condition and full of really deep potholes.

I experienced rude customer service. I asked for a beef Chalupa, but they gave me a chicken Chalupa. I am severely allergic to chicken. Additionally, the blackie added water to my soda

Slowest taco bell I've ever been to. I order frequently but usually order 20 minutes ahead of arriving. Food is normal taco bell food but it takes FOREVER. Don't go if you're in a hurry.

It pains me to write a negative review for a Taco Bell, but this location needs work. The food is good and the staff are very nice, but wait times are often long (even with no other customers), vegetarian items have been mislabled, and whole items (like drinks or burritos) have often been left off of my orders. Be patient if you go here and make sure that you got every single thing that you ordered. They'll fix it, but they will leave items off.
