Went for breakfast, ordered chicken sandwich they mentioned it was with Avacado, lettuce, tomato and chicken with sauce got without Avacado when asked simple answer was it was not ripe they would have told us before making it but service was not to expected level

We recently got the craving some IHOP, so we ordered for pickup. Pulled into the curbside pickup spot, checked in on the website, and waited. Took a while, so we called and were told they don’t do pickup and to come in.
The food was good enough, the lady who gave us the food, and answered was nice, so can’t complain.
Get rid of the pickup signs. No, duct taping over the number doesn’t let people know that pickup isn’t a thing anymore.

I have been visiting this restaurant on a regular basis since Covid and had the pleasure of Marissa as my server. She's waited on me during those years and yesterday, it was one of my best visits. I ordered the breakfast sampler and everything came out fantastic including the scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and pancakes. Sausage links weren't the best but think their bacon is better. The pancakes are what draws me here and my experience was phenomenal with Marissa....
