Went through drive through at non-busy time. Ordered 2 grilled chicken meals, ice water with both. Was handed 1 ice water and food. Thought maybe the outside order lady had heard me wrong. Husband had just had outpatient surgery and just wanted to eat quickly and be on our way so I didn’t ask for 2nd water. Pulled into parking spot to eat. Only 1 order of fries were in the bag. Went back through drive through. Lady reordered fries and second water. Offered a free dessert. Went back to window. Got missing items and free cookie. Parked again. Fries were lukewarm. Worst of all, the usual soft, oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was over baked and crunchy.

The staff working at the register dont care if you are the only one standing to give an order. I stood for almost 10 mins near the cou ter to give my order but none of the staff working there took notice of me. They assisted the other customer for refill and giving online order but never took notice of me at all. Three other staffs walked passed the counter just looking at me but never to ask if I nees to palce order. The yooi g staffs were just playing games making jokes with each other. I would prefer some matured people working at taking orders rather than teenagers. No apologies whatsoever. This will be my last visit to chickfila.

Updated review. Just did drive-thru order. Turned out what I ordered wasn't instantly ready so I was asked to go and wait in a drive-thru waiting area. They told me it would only be a couple of minutes, 10 plus minutes later I finally got my food Chick-fil-A needs to fix this or else I'm not coming back

Got curbside pickup and it came out quickly, accurately, and hot, as usual. The one quirky thing at this location is that they almost always forget your straw at curbside. I mean it's no problem as long as you notice before they are gone because they always go quickly grab you one.
