Forgotten Taste Pierogies Reviews
Just LOVE these pierogies!. They are just like my mom and Polish grandmother used to make. I can't give a dine in rating since we always get take-out.
I love this place so much!
Best pierogies/Eastern European/Polish food in the Burgh!
I just recently went and this time I ordered the haluski with meatballs in gravy and wow, absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to go back and get it again and get their famous pierogies! Definitely give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed! 🥰

Forgotten Taste Pierogies, located in a mall in the Wexford area, offers a cozy atmosphere with a few tables, making it suitable for take-out. The pierogies, particularly the potato and bacon and hot sausage varieties, receive high praise. Customers often comment that these are the best pierogies they've ever had, with one mentioning that even their Polish dad said they were the best in decades. Other menu highlights include stuffed cabbage, haluski, and stuffed peppers, which are reminiscent of homemade Slavic comfort food. The restaurant also serves dishes like goulash, spicy sausage, and kielbasa, with large portions and good prices. Friendly staff and clean facilities contribute to an enjoyable dining experience. Many reviewers highlight the excellent food and service, noting that the pierogies are fresh and delicious, whether cooked or frozen. The halushki and kielbasa are also favorites, with some saying the food is always great and the staff is very nice. Although the restaurant has a simple, no-frills setting, the quality of the food makes it worth visiting. Parking is convenient, with ample spots available for quick pickup orders. Overall, it is a highly recommended spot for anyone craving authentic Polish food and pierogies.
