I can't tell you how much I love this place. The salads are expensive BUT WORTH IT! I love the whole build your own and you get soooooo much! I have never had a bad salad here or any of their locations.

We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"......
Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though!
The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss.
As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock.

Food is good, never ready for to go orders though. Ordered food at 6:15pm for a scheduled 7:00pm pickup. Food was not ready until 7:20pm.

They have 14 yr olds working that don’t know what to do. (Not their fault) You’re going to wait 45 mins for a salad. I got soup that was 95% broth and 5% filling.
