Ichiban Hibachi & Sushi Bar

This place has went down hill, from the wait time to the quality of food. Waited an 1.5 hours just to get started cooking the food. The waitress was rushing everybody’s order and messed things up. The food was barely seasoned, to the point it tasted bland. So sad this is what it’s coming to. Hopefully, they can change it around.

I got Hibachi, I thought that the food was bland but was pleased the with the quantity.

Had a very nice dinner here with family yesterday to celebrate Father's day! The chef on the hibachi did a very entertaining presentation and was the icing on the proverbial cake! Three of us ordered sushi and it was delicious and huge!

Worth your time and money. Make sure to ask for items to be made vegan.

First time going. Our son took us. It was myself, my wife and him. Everything was very delicious. We went late, so it wasn't busy at and we had had a good time.

I LOVE hibachi, but I was disappointed. For lunch, they don't cook in front of you, which is most of the fun. The salmon was over cooked, had a strong fish taste, and it was swimming in a sticky sweetish sauce, the noodles were boring, and the veggies didn't seem freshly cooked. My green tea was $3.19, and I was never offered a refill.

Michael our hibachi chef is probably the dumbest employee they have there. He didn’t know we had a seafood allergy even thought we had told the waitress multiple times. He tried to cook our food with seafood and did not properly separate anything. He failed to fix his mistake and continued cooking. We had to ask the waitress to get us food.

Decided to come to Wexford location instead of the water works because it was slightly closer. Hate feeling like a Karen but start to finish I was not pleased. Ordered 3 orders of the dumplings received one and didn’t get the other two till we had our food. Got vegetables without mushrooms they came out cold. Celebrated my daughters birthday and before I could even take a picture the fake flowers were on fire literally..

The food and service were great.

The service was good. The atmosphere looks exactly the same. It wasn't bad, but it just seemed a little stale.

Their food is usually pretty good, but this time, it was just ok. In my opinion, it tasted like some of the recipes were tweaked. Examples: ginger dressing on the salad and the steak sauce for the hibachi. Also, the steak could have been trimmed better, as their was a lot of gristle, and I know chicken needs to be well done, but this chicken was well, well, well done.
