Ordered online. Went in to pick up. Told them my name. 3 workers just kept working. Finally got my order. No napkins or silverware, when I asked the female worker grabbed the stuff and through it in my bag. Very poor customer service.

As a regular customer of another location, this was absolutely an L of a JMikes trip. This location was absolutely subpar and the experience was rough. I ordered 3 subs for myself and my family. I am gluten free, and ordered a GF sandwich. A few people came in after us and there was one person in front of me. A quick change of gloves is required to make my sandwich, and a fresh paper, but my sandwich was made after the person behind me. My party of 3 ordered all cold subs, and I could have had my sub 5-7 minutes before, as that's how long I had to wait after my family got their subs and sat down. Not to mention, the food line was absolutely covered, and just gross. When the crew member went to finish my sandwich, I asked if I could please have the mayo and bacon, then they'd claimed it was already on the sandwich. They then proceeded to put it on. Really weird experience. To add, the onions on my sandwich were past their par, and I've never had such a poor experience at a Jersey Mikes. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

I have ordered 3 times now and this will be my last at this location. I ordered and paid for xtra cheese and meat but got what looks like a minimum amount . I order a Pepsi zero because I’m diabetic and got a regular Pepsi! Ask for hot honey got none. They clearly just don’t care! Thank god the one by my house gets it right! This location near my work is horrible.

Every time I'm here, the person preparing sandwiches also does the cashier, handinging credit cards and cash, and does not change gloves, just leaves them on going back and forth between money and good. Seems like a standard practice here since it happens every time and it's always a different person working. They also wiped the cutting board off with a dirty towel. Yuck.

Didn’t know they had portabello subs! Not a fan of lunch meat but my daughter loves this place. A bit pricey imo. And the lunch meat “quality” looks questionable. But service was excellent and it was clean inside. The rosemary parm bread was also tasty! ?

I LOVE THIS JERSEY MIKE’S!!!! The service is beyond phenomenal and I always make a weird sandwich combo and they are so accommodating and happy to make it. The owners and staff are wonderful and they make my day when I get to leave the office for lunch! They have a beautiful back deck patio also that overlooks the trees! Thanks for a great regular place, see you again next week and the next and next! ?
