disappointed

went to the wexford panera bread yesterday with my sister….we ordered separately….decided on “you pick two”….they had no bacon, no avocado and only provolone or mozzarella cheese. since they had no cheddar cheese, the cashier asked me if i wanted another cheese (only provolone or mozzarella available)….i picked mozzarella and she charged me an extra 50¢! my sister placed her order right after me….on the “prepping/ready” board, she was 4 slots below me. it took 35 minutes to get our orders. won’t be going there again.

The food here is normally pretty decent, but I was shocked that they put the most unripe avocado in my salad. It was almost as hard a an avocado seed. I would have been embarrassed to serve this.

I have been going to this Panera for a very long time. I don't know if it is under new management or what, but the quality and service has gone downhill significantly since COVID. I just had the worst broccoli cheddar soup ever. I will go to the McCandless one from this point forward.

This Panera has the very best employee that I have experienced at any Panera - and I travel 7 states. Sherry, who works up front and is the first person to greet you, is always friendly, kind and professional. I know that the clientele here appreciates her greatly, and come here because of her.

I was in a hurry leaving town, wanted something quick and healthy. Got home & opened the bag and my entree was missing. Manager was not at ALL apologetic about this. The soup was just meh- used to be good but now it tastes watered down. They lost me.

IDK man… The food is fairly good when it is in stock. But that’s the whole problem with this location and others recently. They are out of everything. And it isn’t a one - time occurrence. Every single time. Out of tomatoes. Out of onions. Out of cheese. Out of ice?? Out of bread?!? Um .. it’s in your NAME! I guess come on by if you haven’t had your full share of disappointment for the day.
