First time visit and I really liked the look of the restaurant. The restroom left a lot to be desired. The sink looked terrible and the caulking was bad. There was a switch plate cover that was cracked and broken. Looks like it's never been cleaned...at least not well. The service was slow and they weren't busy, it was a Thursday night. Our waitress looked like she just woke up. Finally got our food and the burgers were good, but the curly fries were way overcooked. Not very good at all. The waitress never came back to check on us until we were done, so I couldn't even get new ones. I told her they were bad and she did take them off the bill, which I appreciated. This could be a great place, they just need a little work. I would consider trying it again, just to see.

Alexis was the best bartender and server I’ve ever had. My roommate from college and I came to watch the game and she made it a great experience. The food was awesome as well as the drinks and overall a great atmosphere.

it might be just our bad luck but we’ve given this place a chance on their takeout 3 times now. (we’re always early to go pick up the food after they give us a time frame) the first time all of our $75 order was cold, the second time we were missing our sides for our dinners and the order was wrong in general, and now the third time we’re missing our sides again and the food was cold. we definitely just won’t be ordering take out from here ever again.

Stop opening locations just to end up closing them. Reminding me of bndz burgerz and dogz. They had the best burgers and dogs. I drove from Bloomfield to South Park just for them. They got greedy, started trying to open a bunch of locations, then failed out. Don't think they even exist now as the website is down. Not sure the case here obviously but both locations I've been to and loved, closed. I live in Allison Park. Didn't even go to your location on route 8. Figured why bother it'll be closed soon. I was right.
What a great evening! The service was excellent, and we had an efficient busboy who did a fantastic job clearing the tables. I was truly impressed by the staff tonight, and my burger was delicious.

The food here is amazing, you can’t go wrong with a burger from Stackd. On the other hand the service is awful and it’s deterring me from wanting to go anymore. My wife and I were just in and the lady told us we could sit wherever and she would be right over. 15 minutes pass, the lady is no where to be found. At this point there’s another table that walked in and they’re getting impatient as well. We saw the people who came in after us leave so we left as well. Coming from the food industry the least she could’ve done is came over and asked about drinks and gave us the very simple pen and paper menu but no one in that building had done anything. Will definitely do take out next time.

Staff was very polite and kind. We had a nice waitress. Food was below average. The real disappointment was the cleanliness of the entire place. The floors were dirty and the booths were all cracked. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No paper towel in the dispenser, they just threw a giant roll of it on the counter for you to unwind yourself. Half of it was soaked in water and it couldn’t be used. The caulking around the sink was falling off and it looked like the sink was barely hanging onto the wall. Floors we’re disgusting. Overall felt like it could have been a good place if it landed in the right owners/managers hands. Won’t revisit.

I had the worst chicken I've ever had last night. We got a Chicken Salad to go. The Chicken was as dry as it could get. It was chewy. It didn't have a speck of salt, not that it would've mattered. It was so bad, I spit it out. I'm not even 100% sure it was Chicken. As a long time cook and former Sous Chef, I'd fire the person who used that meat on that Salad. Disgusting and unacceptable. I'll never be back.
