This used to be my favorite store in the area, I would go out of my way to go there at least once or twice a week. But after a few run ins with the same employee in the last month, I will avoid this store. I usually order my drinks (4 to 5 drinks) on the mobile app and pick up in the drive through. Today I ordered my usual black ice tea (no water, extra ice). What I was handed was yellow colored water. I told the employee that my drink was not correct and repeated my order. Anyone looking at the drink could tell it was not black tea. I even held it up for the employee and she (rolled her eyes) admitted it did not look right, but since it came out of the pitcher marked “black tea” it was what I was getting. She said there was no time to correct my drink and I would have to call to get a refund, then kicked me out of the drive through. So you knew the drink did not look right and instead of using the 20+ minutes I sat in the drive through to fix it, you served it anyway. Got same the attitude from the same employee at an earlier visit when she handed me an iced pumpkin spice latte when I ordered a hot grande mocha… same eye roll and annoyed response for asking for the correct drink.

This is the slowest and most error-prone Starbucks I have ever visited. I’m currently writing this review while in line, where my drink was ordered 20 minutes ago. This is unfortunately the norm.

Great experience picking up mobile order today morning. I believe there are not many employees running this store, but in any case they are doing a great job. Let me also add… far better than the lousy Starbucks at Mars-Criders road location.

Don't expect service if you come inside. 5 people working, took the person in front of me and then ignored me for enough time that I waited, placed an order on the app and waited inside.

I ordered a grande latte with an extra shot and no foam. When it came there was enough foam that the cup felt way lighter than normal. I opened and there was loads of foam. I called to the barista who was not busy and told her I had asked for no foam. She said “there is no foam” so I showed her and she said “well that just happens”, I said, that is fine but can you add some more milk please and she said “cold?” And I said no, warm please. She grabbed my cup and shook her head and rolled her eyes like I was being ridiculous. Ugh! My perfectly happy morning turned into frustration and anger. I swear I was not mean at all but was treated like an idiot.

Less a coffee shop, more a caffeine factory. A fully unpleasant environment to enjoy a coffee. Its only designed to cater to the mile long line of cars, not the patrons. Staff is nice, but its the furthest thing from what we all hope a neighborhood coffee shop should be.

Everyone here is always so friendly, even when it’s extremely busy (as someone that has worked in fast food, I understand how difficult that can be, and I very much applaud you all). They’re very quick and efficient. If there ever was a wait, it’s more than likely because only a couple people are working and they’re understaffed.

Place is disgustingly filthy, super slow, and randomly closed. After giving them several “second chances” the last straw was showing up to a sign that said they decided to close at 4:00 instead of regular hours. I will now go out of my way to Wexford which always has done a fantastic job. Avoid this location at all costs!

Manager and Employee literally fighting out in the open about problems that should be handled in private as people sit and watch and wait to have their order taken.

Stopped in at 5:24am. Hours listed on website stated that establishment opens at 5am. Two workers were in the coffee shop. They saw me park. The front door was locked and no one came to the door. They purposefully ignored a patron and failed to open upon marketed hours
