Quite literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Service was awful, and even worse the food and drink quality was worse. Don’t waste your money or patience.

My girlfriend ordered two food items before she went to the bathroom.
There were four people behind the counter. She came back from her bathroom break and still waited, Five minutes and she needed to repeat herself to get her food.
Unfortunately, there were a bunch of mouth breathers behind the counter. Such a waste of of time.

0 stars actually. This Starbucks is a huge disappointment. Left 30 minutes early for an appointment just to be able to stop and grab breakfast/coffee. Ended up waiting 28 minutes in the drive thru just to have to leave with nothing because there wasn’t enough time to wait. It seemed like they were doing one car at a time and not taking the next order until after that car had left. I sat at the ordering screen for 10 minutes with nobody asking for my order before I had to drive off. When I turned the corner there wasn’t even another car at the window. It was frustrating to sit there for almost a half hour to get absolutely nothing. I will not be back.

There wasn't really even a line in the drive through, only 4 cars in front of me. It seemed like they took an order, made that order and then took the next order. It took a very long time and I ended up waiting 25 minutes in the drive through before my order was even taken. I'm not sure what the deal is here.....

We went through the drive through at this Starbucks. It was our first visit to this location. We ordered two hot caramel brulee lattes, my husband enjoyed his more than I did. I thought mine was a bit bland; it could have used more flavoring syrup. We really wanted cranberry bliss bars. They were sold out. Sigh. Then asked for chocolate croissants, sold out. Finally settled on a chocolate brownie - still warm and lemon loaf, a standard purchase. I was a bit disappointed, but it was a busy day, this location is right off the highway. Sigh.

Zero stars if I could give one. They are to busy talking and working slow. I’m the only one in the store and I placed it on mobile order and sat here while for 10-15 min longer and they forgot to make my drink. So they all suck. Do better Wexford Starbucks.

Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It took 10 minutes for someone to even take our order and we waited for 20+ minutes for food and drinks.

This location has lost my business. I go to Starbucks almost every day and spend at least $15 each visit and I go to this location because it’s on my way to work which makes it convenient, but I will now go out of my way to go to another location because I’m tired of getting bad drinks. 75% of the time my drink is wrong and it’s just a cold brew with cinnamon dolce syrup, extra cream, extra cold foam and I’m always either missing the cream or the cold foam. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the store is always dirty. The trash is always full. There’s always trash on the condiment bar and half the time there’s no straws at the condiment bar.Today was exceptionally bad. They forgot my cream and didn’t give me extra cold foam which I paid for and then when I said something I was met with attitude, and then when I got my drink, there was stuff all over the cup and on top of the drink. I used to be a manager at Starbucks so I know how it goes. Franklin Park needs to do better.
