In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

We went through the drive through at this Starbucks. It was our first visit to this location. We ordered two hot caramel brulee lattes, my husband enjoyed his more than I did. I thought mine was a bit bland; it could have used more flavoring syrup. We really wanted cranberry bliss bars. They were sold out. Sigh. Then asked for chocolate croissants, sold out. Finally settled on a chocolate brownie - still warm and lemon loaf, a standard purchase. I was a bit disappointed,...

It's blatantly obvious of who the good workers are. There were 2 employees busting their butt's and 2 employees not. The one woman picked up and put down my drink 3 times doing other things in between. Finally, another woman grabbed it and finished it in 2 seconds.

Took forever to get through the drive through.
When I placed my order he rushed and aid my
Total before I could finish actually placing my order and had to finish at the window which took him 10 minutes to even open. Then get sassy when I had to add… maybe if you didn’t rush me.
