“Went to celebrate a birthday. Service was excellent. Food was great except for the asparagus. It was much thicker than we prefer and was a little tough. The steaks and scallops were amazing though. Jack was our server and was very attentive to us. Be ready for an expensive night out.“

“Wow, first time here and we were treated like royalty! Our server Derrick was very nice and on top of everything. The manager Michelle was extremely nice and very accommodating. The food was terrific and these two literally went above and beyond to enhance the dining experience. Can’t recommend this place and these people enough!“

“Food and service was good. Wasn't very busy. Because they share their parking lot with MANY retail stores, it's hard to find parking. And finding handicapped parking is almost impossible. In addition, a large portion of the lot, closest to the restaurant, is being used for electric car charging. 3 or 4 spaces are reserved for take out orders. And those spaces are ideal for extra handicapped parking. I had to wait for my handicapped spot and when I was leaving, there were people waiting for my spot. In my opinion, they need to rethink their parking situation. The other thing is I don't enjoy country music. The place was pretty quiet except for the music (lucky me), as there were not a lot of patrons. Our server was attentive, friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious and hot. The parking situation really harshed my buzz though. In all, I would rate the visit 8 of 10.“

“I went back to springfield for the first time in awhile and our server Capria was super friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions and went the extra mile to give me suggestions. The food turned out great and the seasonal drinks were good.“

“We've been to Firebirds Grille for lunch, and we've enjoyed it. This is our first dinner at this establishment, and there is good value to be had. The chicken tortilla soup is rich and savory. Wines by the glass are thoughtfully selected. The steak selections are top-notch. They might not be as tasty as those at a fine steakhouse, but for the price, they are well worth ordering. Garlic-glazed chicken is nicely presented, as are the sides. I especially like the corn offering, which is spicy. Deserts are a treat, with the warm carrot cake taking a special bow. Our server, Emily, was efficient and helpful. One caveat: The atmosphere is noisy, with many families bringing small toddlers and huge backpacks of whatever they deem necessary to assuage the young ones. As a result, this place is not really suited for romance, but rather for a good appetite.“
