This was a terrible experience, there was workers that smelt like weed, and they all picked on their two young coworkers and they were the only guys working there. Extremely unprofessional, the order was wrong and they got mad when I asked it to be fixed. Wouldn't recommend!

I arrived around 2pm or so. There were no customers inside the store at that time or during my visit.
I started by visiting the washroom to wash my hands. One toilet had urine and paper in it unflushed. The other stall looked fine. There was toilet paper on the floor in multiple locations.
I ordered a couple orders for my party. Nothing strange about any of them. The only 'substitution' requested was no cheese or sauce on one of the sandwiches.
We received one sandwich that looked like someone had forcibly grabbed it and plunked it on the tray. You could see finger marks squished into the paper wrapper. Unsurprisingly, the sandwich itself bore the same manhandling markings.
Another sandwich that requested no cheese came out with cheese and barbecue sauce. The employee was alerted to the error and brought out a new one. (Thank you)
The store had napkins and random trash papers in multiple locations across the floor. The floor and tables were sticky to the touch. (I personally touched the edge of 4 random tables in curiosity.)
I do not like to leave negative reviews and typically do not. However, we have to travel this route pretty frequently. Today's visit was one of the Better visits.
I realized this is never a pleasant stop. A shame as we prefer Arby's to other options at that intersection. I insist everyone wash as we arrive and as we leave.
We also clean up our own table of any trash and wipe it down before we leave so as not to be the regular kind of trash hogs that must visit this location.
If it is like this on my next visit; I will take pictures / videos.

The place was clean, Food was prepared perfectly hot and fresh. Customer service A1!! Had to ring the bell twice. I wish I lived closer to this Arby's location. We stopped by after picking my daughter up from college for the Thanksgiving holiday. TEN STARS!
