I'm not a big fast food person, but Burger King chicken nuggets and fries are dairy free for a family member and on my route. The staff is always very polite and friendly, so we stop by this particular location.

I've been to this location twice before but nothing could have prepared me for what happened on this visit. All Of My Food Was COLD!!! The sandwich was poorly made and there was a worker with a gun tattoo.. A GUN! Not just anywhere, oh nono. ON HIS FOREHEAD! It made me feel so unwelcomed and unsafe in this building. I've been here a few times before and have felt safe and the food was good but this is definitely the final straw. Cold food and a man with a gun tattoo🤦♀️🤦♀️ Not a welcoming space for children!!!! Think of the children! Can't believe these people get hired. Do better BK! 👎

I went the this Burger King after work to grab something quick for dinner for me and my boyfriend, after just getting off of work. Not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, the cashier also mess up my order and I got something I didn’t want entirely. Only to realize it after I was home after the 30 minute drive home. I am beyond disappointed and annoyed.

Such an awful experience at lunch. The app wasn't working at either Burger King to order the digital exclusives and when I went to order it locked up the app and pushed me to a BK 7 miles away. My kids were begging for the How to train a dragon stuff. The how to train a dragon spicey mozzarella box was slightly torn. They don't have free refill on drinks. I would complain to the company but never got a receipt. We had to get a spoon for my kids ice cream but all 3 workers were in the back. There's no seating for more than 4 people without spreading across multiple areas. And the soda machine for customers was almost completely out. Of the 2 kiosk available. 1 didn't work. The men's room hadn't been checked in awhile and it was clear by how dirty the toilet was. I will say this, the workers were nice.
I came just before noon and it wasn't busy at all. Place was clean and the food was fresh, hot & delicious!

Meh. It’s a BK, what do you expect. I do wish the employees were a bit friendlier, it they’re young and full of teenage angst.
Edit: just tasted the food. Literally the worst BK I’ve ever had (and I travel a lot)

Messed up our order twice also we ordered mozzarella fries and they didn't put it on our order it took 15 minutes to get our food and it was just 3 burgers. ALSO we asked for no mustard and guess what they did? they put mustard on the burgers also workers were on thier phones constantly instead of making food for the person who had just ordered through the drive thru. The tables were all dirty and we decided to eat in our car instead. Just get the Arby's next to it. DO NOT GO HERE

So this was a stop along the way home from New York. The restroom was...a bit yucky. Not nasty? Just yuck. One of the two stalls had no TP and had a yucky hard water stain. They DO sell stuff for that! Anyhow, the cashier had a cod and dismissive attitude. I feel that the travelers along the way keep this BK open. Food was hot and fresh but I definitely would not return if I were in the area.
