Big Shot Bob's House of Wings - White Oak

Ordered online only to get there BEFORE their posted closed time and nobody was there. Had to go through online to get refund. Disappointed as they usually have great wings. If they had to close early they could've posted a sign on the door to let people know.

I've lived in White Oak for 10 years, yet this was my first time trying Big Shot Bob's. I ordered take-out.

Food was great. Both kinds of wings I got were terrific. Fries were good too.

I can’t review the food because they canceled our order after it was late and closed their place an hour before closing time. Thouroughly disattified and I feel abused

Worst grilled cheese sandwich this side of the equator, the employee is extremely nice though. 1st time I ordered grilled cheese it was nasty, dry and the bread was a slice of bread on one side and like a sour dough on the other. It was dry, lacking butter with a slim slice of barely there cheese. With hopes that the next time would be better, I went back another day. This time the sandwich was the worst. It was very dry, lacked butter and cheese and the bread tasted like freezer burned dry toast. The employee is extremely nice but it ends there. He touched his beard, operated the register and completed another customer's order then commenced to make my dry sandwich all without washing his hands. The store lacks appearance and appeal and makes me question the cleanliness. The sauce counter appears clean and sparkling but it ends there...store just looks unsanitary and drab ...it might be clean but it just doesn't appear clean. I gave this restaurant 2 times to get the most basic of sandwiches done right, so now I give up. I will no longer frequent this particular store.

The owner of this location is racist. They don’t even bread their fried chicken wings! What an ATROCITY! Will never spend my money here ever again.

Parking: There’s a giant parking lot for such a tiny place that barely gets business. What a waste of space.

I stopped going for a while because the wings were just seeming ok. Finally went back recently after the new manager Will took over and man they are back to killing it again. 10/10 and hope he can continue to keep the place up!

Called about delivery and got told no deliveries, to do grub hub or Uber eats. The mckeesport location never treated me that way. Is that why when I pass by the employees are out smoking cigarettes looking like Crack heads from the port. I hope your kitchen is clean. . I won't ever call and order again.
