This location used to be so nice, Has gone downhill 😞
Not very clean, food very greasy, tables are dirty, pop machine and area not clean.

I went in to get a birthday cake the other day, not a sole in the place but me. I saw at least 3 employees (young persons) there. Didn’t seem to be doing much.

I went over to the cooler, looked at the different sizes & options. I wanted the larger round cake , but the one I wanted was literally on the bottom shelf ALL the way in the back.

I had to play somewhat of a game of Tetris to try & get the one I wanted. It’s harder than you think to move around cakes that are large & not light without extra room you need on the shelves.

I had to have been there for 5 ish minutes & not one of the girls working, (standing around) offered to assist me!

Cake was good though, even though he turned 28, he asks for one

We picked up food. Burgers and fries. Order was correct, food was hot and tasted good. Fast food in WO hasn't been good for a while. We will order again

Ordered online for delivery. I ordered 2 bacon burgers and 2 large fries. I received 2 flaming hot burgers. Tried to call them and they didn’t answer so I emailed them and had door dash contact them about the mistake. Them never responded to door dash and it took 4 days for them to respond to my email. At this point, the burgers were thrown out and because I never took a picture of what they sent, I never heard back from them. HORRIBLE customer service! Will never order from there again.

they got my order wrong. i said i wanted a smores blizzard and they gave me a twist in a bowl. horrible service. forgot to give my friend a spoon too. one star. multiple people got there order wrong too. im so mad

I hate that when I order at drive thru they make your ice cream cones before you get there so extremely soft if it is hot out.

Always a great favorite. Best time to go, to beat the long drive thru line, is before 5pm. Very popular as the desserts/food items, are delicious 😋 as well as spot on as far as we have never received any mistakes on our orders pretty good for 'frequent flyers '.

This place screws up orders all the time. How freaking hard is it to listen to order and make what is asked for. They have enough workers there.But they dont seem to actually give a crap. Youll be home before you realize its wrong. Worth driving up into north huntingdon to that one. And its not like its cheap here. 17 bucks for 3 blizzards and 1 was wrong. This isnt the first time either, but will be my last time.....

It's ok in a pinch it's always fairly dirty inside and the ice cream doesn't seem to be as cold as the others in the area. They won't flip your blizzard.

Hello reason I gave 4 stars for food wasn't hot and line was long due to Wendy's not having burgers, On 101324, me and hubby went there, I gave 5 STARS for service there is a beautiful young lady named Rebecca she was so pleasant, patient and joyful when servicing us...I enjoyed her smile, and her attitude is even gave her small tip...I will continue coming if there are more "Beckys"....give that girl a raise, plz❤️❤️
