I was brought a birthday cake from your bakery yesterday. It was a 2 layer vanilla cake with lemon filling, whipped cream icing and covered in coconut. It was one of the best cakes I have eaten in my life, and I have eaten alot of cakes. Delicious! Please, give that baker my compliments.

The women in the bakery usually do a nice job. The girl who wrote on my cake really tried but was struggling and no one offered to help her. The writing was not nice so I said I would take it with money off. They tried to fix it again but it still looked bad. They then smashed the top of the cake with the lid so I wanted a new one. I said no writing on this one and don’t put the lid all the way down, what do they do? Put the lid absolutely all the way down and then argued with me after I asked to see the cake, stating they already taped the box. So I left with no cake and no apology. But they made sure to give me an attitude as if I was expecting something beyond their reach. A pay raise is beyond their reach if they can’t box up a cake right. I’ll stick to the small bakeries from now on aka Minervas in Mckeesport??

I had ordered a half of sheet cake for my daughters 11th birthday, the woman that took the order is the one who decorated the cake also. I wish I would of gotten her name because she did a exceptional job on the cake. My daughter loved it and so did everyone else. I have to find out her name because I will only have her do my cakes. Highly suggest! I forgot my mask and tried to wrap a towel around my face I had in my car. When I got in there, there was a worker standing inside the door offering me a mask!!!!!! He was super nice about my honest mistake and even gave his own little instructions on how to wear the mask properly.

I do my food shopping every Monday after work (have for years) and today was no exception. Was impressed with the number of people wearing mask and practicing social distancing but totally ticked with the ones not wearing masks and having no respect of others space! WHAT DO THEY NOT GET???? & it was people of all ages.
