I placed an order for a pizza July 26th thru the App and this is the store it came from. We had to finish cooking the pizza because it was DOUGH, and I had gotten 2 toppings on one half and 2 on the other and they mixed all four toppings on the entire pizza. I HAVE YET to get a refund because they use doordash on their App service. It’s BEEN A MONTH. Then we got a “hot and ready” pizza there the other day, it looked like it’s been “hot and ready” all day because it was was so hard and old it wasn’t even edible. ROCK HARD with a horrible taste. Does nobody manage this store?! Highly recommend skipping out on this sad excuse for a PIZZA PLACE. It’s not like I’m ordering from an insane menu of items, I’m not a picky eater and I never complain but this is just SAD and inexcusable.

Atmosphere that's funny it's a take out. So I am rating on looks and cleanliness. Fella behind the counter with the big hair very friendly and polite hard to find that in young people now a days. Food was oven hot.

Placed a $55 order and was told afterwards that the restaurant is out of pineapple Pepsi. No problem issue me the refund. Unbeknownst to me, the restaurant uses door dash as the third party delivery driver so the store location was of no assistance. Jacquon and his Manager, Heather were extremely rude & unprofessional stating they don’t deliver and they are allowed to be out of Pepsi (which wasn’t the concern). They directed us to door dash even though we’ve never used door dash and don’t have an account so we had to find a customer service number to call. When I called I was informed they can’t refund anything until the actual order has been delivered and says completed. Order arrives and surprise surprise the pizza is incorrect. I call back door dash and they said they can issue a refund for the out of stock beverages and 75 percent of the pizza order. Just a terrible overall experience and disappointing customer service treatment from the store. It’s no surprise these Caeser locations close at an unprecedented rate.

Absolute worst pizza I've got from Little Ceasars. Tasted like cleaner was left in the pan when it was cooked. Also had some orange stuff mixed in the toppings. Had to throw it out! Disgusting ?!!!

The new general manager is great Superb and food was actually great way to go for hiring this guy I see a huge turn around at this location
It's looks so dirty and the employees are so rude! Why would you want to spend any of your hard earned money here? Go to the many local shops up the road At least you are appreciated for patronizing their establishments.

Order food at 5pm. Said order would be ready by 520pm. Show up to store at 513pm. Employees are walking out for night. Closing store. They didn't make my food. They offered me scraps/leftovers of other food in place of mine Sounds made up, but its not. No refund. How does a store operate like this? 1 star is way too

On 3/16/2024, I bought 4 Hot N' Ready Pizzas and they were good, hot and tasty! I met other customers who were waiting for their food and we talked about a lot of things. It wasn't a long wait but I had a big order. The service was with smiles and laughter. The staff were amazing! I really enjoyed my time there. I plan on going back.
Kid-friendliness: The staff made the children smile and happy.

Went to little Caesar at 5:10 pm Sunday 2/18/24 worker inside stated the are closed the would no allow me in to order closed and lock the doors. Store don't closed till 5:45. I sat in the lot seen a girl go into the store at 5:31 come out with a pizza. Please explain. I guess the manager don't care about making money.
Need more locations. There is none in the city
