The service was good, the food was average for the price paid. Never have I paid extra for parmesan cheese ($4 for a tiny amount) in an Italian restaurant, and never have I had to pay for a take-away container. It is these small things that make you not want to return in a hurry. Overall, disappointed

My family and I have been going to our ordering from Luciano's for over 30 years. We ordered pizza takeout and it was burnt to a heavy charred taste. Called to speak with the manager,(Ronda I believe) and she refused to refund me or give me a new pizza. She argued that she's been doing this for blah blah years and that's how they make them. Out of the many years we've been going there we never had a pizza look like this..

We ordered take out - 2 of our meals were chicken parm w/ angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti (which was a $3.50 up charge) & we asked for ranch dressing for the salads.
They gave us spaghetti instead of angel hair & blue cheese dressing I stars of ranch! The chicken was over cooked as well.
I called to ask for a refund of the up charge that we paid to get angel hair - the manager would not, because the cook said he gave us angel hair. Ok, so I guess the customer isn’t always right at Luciano’s?? The angel hair was as thick as the spaghetti!! He didn’t seem to care that I wasn’t satisfied with the service, nor about the dressing mix up.

Having travelled from Melbourne for dinner with family in Drouin we were very impressed with all aspects of our experience at Luciano's. Come on it's Luciano's!! This place is legendary for all things Italian American. Pizza is great! Pasta is great! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The only downside is that it gets a little crowded, but if it wasn't so good it wouldn't be so crowded. Definitely worth the wait and braving a crowd.

Best chicken piccatta I have ever had. We haven't eaten here in years under a different chef I think. WOW! Great take out service. Will be returning often! Great wedding soup!!!

I just had the worst salad ever..Lucianos must be going downhill..I ordered a crispy chicken salad and it was filled with all croutons and no fries and I didn't even get the dressing I wanted

Found that the lovely spot in Drouin Victoria also held this surprisingly lovely restaurant. We have dined there before and throughly enjoyed the experience.. our second visit this week matched our first and we will be back for many more eating experiences.
