My first experience at Palmer's Pizza in White Oak was very positive. Our take out order was ready when promised. The food was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the Seafood Hoogie. The sandwich was a larger portion than I expected for the money. The pizza was also high quality for the money. I am definitely impressed and am keen to try Palmer's Pizza again

Buffalo chicken salad is very good! My first time trying this place I knew I would crave this salad again, they load it up with cheese and veggies all fresh the salad pieces are pretty big but makes it worth the price! The employee’s are very sweet and complimented me, I definitely recommend! 💜

Palmer's Pizza is definitely the best around! Got a medium pepperoni pizza. Was decently priced. Had a good amount of cheese, crispy pepperoni, good sauce, fresh dough,and the pie was well put together! Sorry I couldn't wait to have a piece before I took a picture!

Went into Palmers after driving by the restaurant 19 times and stopped in and was greeted by a very kind man and woman. Andrew and Brittney for everything they did . Just the overall experience was fantastic and you don’t get service like that anywhere else I have been in the past months. The food was done perfectly 10/10 recommending to my friends and family.

Palmers in White Oak has really gone down hill as far as customer service. Call to place an order wasn't greeted when answering the phone just told hold please. Was then put on hold for 24mins. Which was enough time for me to drive to the gas station,place my kids order from Wendy's, pick up my kids order and drive to palmers all while still on hold. Get to palmers thinking they were gonna be super busy beings I've been on hold for 24 mins. Wrong one customer picking up his order the young girl at the counter sitting there on her phone. She asked the name on my order I was picking up (mind you I'm still on hold and have my speaker on) tell her no I'm still on hold and bin on hold for 24 mins. Not a sorry or any sort of apology. If they are losing business they might want to start with her. It's unacceptable to place a customer on hold that long especially when she is sitting there play on her phone. Very disappointing...

I order from here a few times a month. Food is pretty damn good.
The delivery department and the people who answer the phone to take your order needs work.

I tried calling for days asking to speak to an owner or manager. Was told call tomorrow then they're on their way in call in hour then was told they don't know where they are they were out of town they'll give them my number to call. Palmer's used to be my go to for pizzas for parties. The last 3 times it's been horrible. Half raw dough , cheese that was slid off because there was to much sauce and once there was almost no cheese. Figured I'd give it one more chance. Nope guess won't be ordering anymore. Idk if this was in response to saying the pizza was raw last time or what. The pizza was horrible and this was my bread sticks.

I called and placed an order for the 2 for 24.99$ build your own pizza. The girl I spoke with sounded either high out of her mind or half asleep. I was placed on hold then hung up on and I needed to call back. No apology when I called back because obviously they have called Id so I know that she was aware I was the person she just hung up on… anyway I placed my order two build your own pizzas for 24.99$ as advertised…. I ordered pepperoni , mushroom & onion on one and bacon, pineapple & banana peppers on the other. The order was repeated back to me but when I arrived home for dinner I realized they didn’t put the pepperoni or bacon on either of the pizzas… not to mention that I was told 3 different amounts of which none were correct over the phone so I just figured I’d deal with it when I arrived to pick up when I arrived to get the pizza the employee were really uninterested in good customer service at all I was again told a different amount that was owed. This time I questioned y a build ur own 2 for 24.99$ special was costing over 30$?? Tax should only be around a dollar or two on an order that price. I was told it was charges for toppings which I would be fine with but build your own signifies that u can “build your own” not be charged for each topping… rather then argue with a group of kids (because that’s all that was working at that point and not one had a clue how to provide good customer service) I would right this review and help someone else avoid the same very irritating situation. I would love to speak to management or better yet the owner to get this rectified. I was over charge atleast $10 got my order wrong and provided HORRIBLE customer service. I won’t be going back to this place which I have frequently ordered from until they address how terrible my experience was and refund my order.

Almost 2.5 hours for delivery, only to find out theres no driver. No communication, owner seems to not care.

The food is pretty good. The service isn't. They made mistakes that cost me money without reimbursing me the past two times I ordered from there.
The first time, I called in an order for an extra large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. The guy who took my order repeated the toppings back to me. When I picked up the pizza and brought it home, I realized there were no mushrooms on it. Pepperoni and mushrooms were on the receipt, and I was indeed charged for two toppings. I called about this, and the girl who answered the phone sounded like she was half asleep, was not remotely concerned or apologetic, just said she would take my name and information down.
The second mistake occurred when my girlfriend placed an online order for a pizza, a hoagie, and a two liter of pop. The delivery driver arrived without the hoagie, and seemed not to want to mention the fact that he didn't have it. When I mentioned that I was missing the hoagie in the order, he said he would either go back and get it, or have my girlfriend's credit card refunded. She decided on the refund, which I relayed to the driver. Her credit card was never refunded.
These mistakes happened within two weeks of each other. At this point I don't even care to let this business try to make this right. I'm just not ordering from there anymore.

Ordered a pizza and 2 litter of pop bill came to 29. With tax delivery and tip. My debit card was charged 44. I called didn't get a return call I went up there he said he was extremely busy he would get back to me he didn't I called again once more no return call and I wish I could say this was the 1st time but it wasn't about 1year ago I was charged double for and order and took them forever to fix it!
