As someone who has worked in restaurants since i was in high-school, I’ve been the employee of more than one badly run show in the past. Unfortunately I will be adding this place to the places that I won’t be trying again. Sometimes things happen that are beyond the staff’s control and I understand that as someone who has been on both ends of it. We usually order pick up at least once a week from here. Today was only my second delivery experience and I ordered pizza for lunch for my kids. An hour and 30 mins passed before I called thinking maybe they were running behind. There was no delivery driver. At any point in time after receiving my order, someone definitely should and could have called me and explained that it had to be pick up. They told me when I called that the driver was on the way in and it shouldn’t be too much longer. An hour after I called and two after my order was placed, my ice cold pizza was delivered for my hungry and disappointed kids. I don’t necessarily fault any employees although I feel like this should be common decency that your customers are paying for a service and do expect hot food, but if this is the standard to make customers wait until someone comes in, rather than being straightforward about being short staffed or other issues they’re experiencing, that’s a management issue. Nobody wants to receive ice cold pizza two hours after they order it. Don’t do this because lots of people don’t understand and your employees shouldn’t be the ones taking the heat from angry customers.

Ordered Italian hoagie. Meatball hoagie. A turkey hoagie. And a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. Quite impressed. The meatballs were delicious. The pizza was good , even my teenager liked it. They put dressings on the side which is a big win for me because I like to limit how much goes on my hoagie. He also allowed me to only put onions on half my italian for my son. Place wasn't too busy at time I went so I didn't wait too long. And even traveling 15 minutes home it was still hot and not soggy . Would definitely eat here again.

A wonderful spot tucked in a corner. Maybe the best and biggest slice of pizza we've ever had, with stunning natural wines to wash it down, and refreshingly friendly and attentive service. 10/10 recommend. And we'll be back!
