I hate to do this but I have to edit my old review and knock a couple of stars off. I order there frequently but lately seems like the food has been declining. It's hit and miss. The pepperoni pizza is consistently decent however the first time I had buffalo chicken pizza it was great so I ordered it again like a week later and got the exact opposite. Hardly any sauce and not enough cheese or chicken so I haven't ordered that since. The wings have improved as far as the cook on them and they were now whole wings however the couple times I ordered them they had NO flavor at all and I had to add my own seasonings. I ordered a calzone last night. It was honestly the worst calzone I've ever had. I asked for no ricotta it had ricotta anyways. I asked for banana peppers but instead it had raw green peppers that were some how crunchy even though the red peppers were from a jar so they were mushy which caused so much liquid that the dough was completely soggy from being in a pool of liquid when I cut it. Even the pepperoni was soggy plus the the large chunks of sausage were not good either. It was completely inedible despite my efforts to fix it so I had to throw it away. My son refused to even try it. Disappointed at the lack of consistency and it's unfortunate because now I am less likely to keep ordering from here.

Holy shit. I haven't had an Italian hoagie this good in decades. My partner had the fish and chips -- same thing, phenomenal! We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Superb pizza. Sauce made in their kitchen. Prompt service. Formerly “Veltre’s Pizza” until the previous owner decided to retire.
Parking: Parking lot can get crowded when the kitchen has a rush.

Delivers to all of the "White" neighborhoods in the area. not mckeesport even though it it much closer than a place like irwin or boston.
EDIT: i’m not misinformed. your delivery map clearly shows that everywhere in the surrounding area is highlighted besides mckeesport. I am a 5 minute drive up the hill.(slightly past mckeesport high school) Felinis and palmers deliver to me even though they are further away. Just speak the truth about your business practices and maybe i could respect you more.
EDIT Part 2: I did call to place the order i did explain i’m very close and i was told you don’t deliver to mckeesport. Your online system is not the thing at fault here. It’s your parameters you have set. Your system will let you go as far as 10 minutes towards irwin instead of 3 minutes into mckeesport. You set these boundaries not some system that automatically does that. no system does that. YOU set your boundaries.

I've ordered their wedding soup before, and it was really good. Tonight (1-29-25) I went in to get 2 quarts of the wedding soup. I can't even begin to explain What this is!!. It had 2 (yes only 2) meatballs in it. If I wanted just Broth, I could have gone to Giant Eagle and gotten 2 Swansons chicken broth for around $5.00. These cost me $25.00 dollars and I'm not sure what the white stuff is that's floating around in it... NO CHICKEN in it what's so ever!!. Won't be going there again. I Should have taken them both back.! Update: I did call but they never picked up the phone. I think it was on hold, so after waiting for about 5-6 minutes, I just hung up. I was planning on taking one of them back tomorrow. I threw the one out, I should have kept it, to return it.

We did a take out order. Pizza was over done and wings were under done but the Italian hoagie was the best Italian hoagie I have had in the area! Will definitely order again and just request specific cooking instructions.

First time ordering from Patti. I ordered a patty melt and a pizza slice. That burger was really good! I can't wait to eat it again. The only issue was delivery, they delivered to the right number on the wrong street and fortunately that man called us to come and pick it up. Defeated the purpose of ordering so we didn't have to leave the house, but in this crappy weather, crap happens. Good food, though! No lie.

Love this gem. You know what you're getting every time - consistently, delicious food. The people are the kindest and hardest working in the restaurant industry. They've helped carry on a local legendary business while adding its own flair. I have dietary restrictions and they are friendly and helpful, but the food is worth your time. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
