The Pizza Hut in white oak is an absolute joke of what Pizza Hut once was. I could get past the deplorable condition of the restaurant including the jury rigged lighting fixtures hanging over the food prep area or the due rags worn by the employees if the product served was even close to the product that Pizza Hut was known for, but it is not. This obviously is a franchised restaurant where the owner couldn’t care less of the facility conditions or products leaving as long as the money flows in. $45 for two middle pizza’s that couldn’t come close to any frozen pizza of reputable quality for half the price. I’m guessing the Allegheny County health department doesn’t have the personnel to do routine health inspection very often or my guess is this facility would not still be able to be in operation. There’s a reason they have no or limited dine in capabilities. The staff typically appears to consist of a prep cook and cashier. All that aside, if the food product was first quality, I look past it. However, the products provided are of a very poor quality, and extremely poor excuse for a take out pizza. If you have any desire or concerns that you should get what you pay for, go elsewhere…

The white oak pizza hut is sad. so sad. The place is falling apart. HUGE pot holes in the parking lot. There is no lot lighting and the restaurant signage isn't even lit up. They messed up my order and pizza huts call center is a joke! They transferred me to a restaurant in Texas. You can't even call the store directly. No one there answers the phone anyway. After about 40 minutes round trip waiting for my new food, the woman working did the right thing and refunded my order. I won't be ordering from this location again.

They don't send you all your food ordered 2 personal pan pizza wings and Litter pop never sent my whole ordered. Been calling the manager ever since do not answer the phone. Please don't order from them they do not like to refund you your money. Which is stealing I will be calling a lawyer cause this is not the first time.

I just ordered a stuffed crust👀no sauce at all on my pizza ooh and wait a minute the crust was soo big there was No Pizza!!! I paid a lot of money for bread with lots of cheese! Then I tried to call back and no answer(I knew it)!!! I’m calling back tomorrow and they won’t never have to worry about me again 🤯🤯
Every once in a while I want a class Pizza Hut pizza and this location never disappoints. The wings and other sides are pretty good too.

This place has great take out Pizza, pay the extra buck and get the original pan. I realize Pizza Hut is not what it used to be, but this is still a good option for a relatively cheaper option for a meal as long as you utilize the deals. Bring back the pizza buffet lunch and Pac-Man machines!

They dont accept phone calls and blame the issues on the call service it is what it is. they gave me a free pizza for the mistake.it was still over cooked ... They had a promotion for stuffed crust pizza with one topping. I ordered two and asked if I could put both toppings on one and have one plane. When I picked up the pizza the chezz pizza was brown I asked Gaige why it was burnt and he informed me that I ordered it wrong and that when you transfer a topping to another pizza you loss 1/2 cup of chezz to maintain inventory. He said if he makes another one it will look the same. I took his word and left a tip.when I got home the pizza was burnt to a crisp and the garlic bread sticks were two. I called. Back 5 times and they keep hanging up I'm going to drive to the store and ask them to make it right and if they don't then I won't use this pizza hut anymore.
