They don't send you all your food ordered 2 personal pan pizza wings and Litter pop never sent my whole ordered. Been calling the manager ever since do not answer the phone. Please don't order from them they do not like to refund you your money. Which is stealing I will be calling a lawyer cause this is not the first time.

I just ordered a stuffed crust👀no sauce at all on my pizza ooh and wait a minute the crust was soo big there was No Pizza!!! I paid a lot of money for bread with lots of cheese! Then I tried to call back and no answer(I knew it)!!! I’m calling back tomorrow and they won’t never have to worry about me again 🤯🤯

This place has great take out Pizza, pay the extra buck and get the original pan. I realize Pizza Hut is not what it used to be, but this is still a good option for a relatively cheaper option for a meal as long as you utilize the deals. Bring back the pizza buffet lunch and Pac-Man machines!

They dont accept phone calls and blame the issues on the call service it is what it is. they gave me a free pizza for the mistake.it was still over cooked ... They had a promotion for stuffed crust pizza with one topping. I ordered two and asked if I could put both toppings on one and have one plane. When I picked up the pizza the chezz pizza was brown I asked Gaige why it was burnt and he informed me that I ordered it wrong and that when you transfer a topping to another pizza you loss 1/2 cup of chezz to maintain inventory. He said if he makes another one it will look the same. I took his word and left a tip.when I got home the pizza was burnt to a crisp and the garlic bread sticks were two. I called. Back 5 times and they keep hanging up I'm going to drive to the store and ask them to make it right and if they don't then I won't use this pizza hut anymore.

I called the store and was somehow transferred to an overseas answering service, who somehow "couldn't access the system " to take my order. I was then redirected to the store, which i called originally, only to be redirected to the same service. I ended up just ordering online where 2 of my debit cards, which are perfectly fine, were denied. I ended up just paying cash. Honestly, I am beginning to understand why so many US businesses are going under. What happened to just answering your phone and taking an order? You know, the practice that you originally used and gave you business
