Ridiculous prices for fast food. Got home and our orders were screwed up.

Should’ve read the reviews first… No lettuce on my single, I guess they didn’t have any No Frosty (said it was unavailable) No Sprite Zero in soft drink machine No ketchup in dispensers (I ate in), they pointed to a bin of ketchup packets, that was an easy fix, but still…why not just fill those pump things.
Just all around poor experience, next time I’ll go to DQ across the street.

I ordered 5 baconator fries . They have the nerves to sprinkle Burnt bacon on top of my fries. I was best off spending $30 somewhere else ..

Only person in there, 11am on a workday. 2 singles with cheese. Burger was overcooked and cold, edge of cheese was dry, and bun was stale, borderline crispy. I suspect this location will be closed soon.

Everything was wrong. Gave me raw bacon on both sandwhichs. Paid for bake potatoes they didn't have and would not refund me. This is the worse fast food place I've ever been and I use to live in Memphis.

I was there 10 mins before I was acknowledged and another 5 mins before my order was taken. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the fries were raw. This store was the worst. Customer Service was horrible. Staff was had there hands under there clothes rubbing there stomach and playing with their hair.
Came through the drive thru stoned at 10:15 pm on a wednesday and had some of the freshest Wendy's in my life, even the girl handing me the bag gave me a smile 😃 10/10

This goes without saying that not every Wendy's is good, or even ok for that matter. This is one of the locations that does things the way they are intended, the fries are crisp and the burgers are good. I'm leery of new locations anymore but if your passing by, this one of the good ones.
