What happened to this place!!! It used to be quick and good fast food. Today is my 5th time giving them a 2nd chane. So a 2nd chance 5 times in the past several months. They failed every time. The wait time is ridiculous! The food is no longer good. It's been cold, not prepared correctly, and wrong (not what I orderd). It also smells like a grease pit. To be truthful, this place should be shut down. Also, the last three timed there a woman hangs out the drive through window to drag a metal pan across the ground which is to reset some kind of a timer. If things were run properly, that wouldn't be necessary!! I went today for a final try because I like the burgers. Well I waited in line 5 minutes, got frustrated, left and went to Arbys that is two minutes away, got my food, and as I passed by Wendy's, the same silver Toyota Tacoma was still in line and the line hadn't moved. This was about 4:45. I say again, shut this place down, it has become the worse place to get food in White Oak!!!

Food is quick. That is why always cold. No matter when you ask for a baked potato .always out. Clue + person says we only baked one bag today. Then take off menu. Service people nice. Senior coffee with meal. Will carry tray to table if asked. I ask as i use a cane .

I’ve been twice for breakfast (drive thru). The breakfast menu wasn’t displayed so I had to just tell them what I wanted. They made it happen but the second time the baconator combo was undercooked

My chicken sandwich was nice and hot, but my nuggets and fries were cold, unfortunately... :( I understand working in fast food can be a frustrating experience because I also work in fast food, but I feel like they could do a little better. The guy at the counter was decently nice but everyone there seemed kind of miserable and the dining room was super slippery with no caution signs around... That's a lawsuit waiting to happen!

This Wendy’s used to be a great dining option, The service is horrible all of the employees are miserable. The burger patties (The Signature Meal) are always way under cooked and pink inside. Disgusting. The staff are rude and give an attitude if you ask for basic condiments. Please hit the reset button on this store and fire everyone and hire new staff that actually want to work. I am emailing Wendy’s corporate and the resturant group next. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!
Months later I try this place again…. Raw meat in my burger, not cooked enough… THE WORST EVER !!!!
