I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning
The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day

Me and my girl get Wingstop once every like 2-3 months, but this time will be our last. When I went to go pick it up, I gave the lady the name of the order and she just dropped my bag on the counter and walked away. No here you go, no have a good one, nothing. Didn’t even give me time to say thank you have a good one. Once I got home, my chicken sandwich had a weird slime in it and tasted awful. (Ofc I didn’t notice the slime substance until after it was bitten into). We got Korean BBQ and Atomic as two of our wing flavors and it didn’t taste how they were supposed to at all. They both tasted weirdly fruity. Not only that but me and my girl also got food poisoning from it. Moral of the story, find something better than Wingstop to eat or just avoid their sauces and chicken sandwiches. Worst $30 I ever spent.

They called me racial slurs and acted like I didn’t see them saying stuff about me. I confronted them and they all started acting aggressive. Homies I’ll be back and give them some knuckles !!

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.
Food is good. I ordered online and was unable to get a reciept. I think I should be able to get a printed reciept at pickup that clearly states the name, location and total spent upon request. I was told no we have to keep this one. Not sure what you do with all the individual reciepts at the end of the day.

We went to go to the one in Belle Vernon since there were reviews like they were open. I've never been to a physical store, only had the wings at a Pens game. Everything was AMAZING. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I will say that made me a bit uncomfortable (but not enough to take any stars off) was that we were sitting at a timetable to eat there. The food was brought out all packaged in a brown paper bag and ready to go like we were not welcome there. They should ask. They would also save on alot of Togo materials this way. 100% would visit again though. Don't hesitate to go.

Tried some plain, mild and garlic parm tenders, along with the seasoned fries. Everything was great, especially the garlic parm.

Every single time that I order from this place, something is missing from my order. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone to get a refund. Would never recommend delivery. If you’re planning to pick up, check bags thoroughly because they never put everything in the bag.
