I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

I spent over an hour waiting on food that was mediocre at best. I waited in line to get up to the counter and the cashier asked me to place my order online. There was another lady that asked for help placing the order online and she wouldn't help her. I got the order in and it suggested that the wait time from that point was 16-21 minutes. About 45 minutes into waiting the one girl came over and asked me my name as I was obviously there before others around me that were getting their food. Even if they would have just started making my order then it wouldn't have taken as long as it did. The fries were cold and the pop was watered down. My teenager and I were very hungry and eager to get the food and we were still disappointed in the food itself. The whole place reeked of weed. I don't think we will be going back in the future. I highly suggest if you are going to go there to order ahead although others suggested that didn't work well for them when I was there.
So I can only speak for the tenders (lemon pepper and Louisiana rub) but hands down the best I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly. Dry rubbed perfectly. Amazing.
