I’ve been going to this place for a while, and I usually don’t write reviews. But today, was my girlfriends birthday. Her only request was a dinner at texas roadhouse, they took no reservations so we had no choice but to just show up. They, however, were extremely busy, and said “it’ll be an hour wait.” They can get bent. Chic-fil-a whitehall, you saved my girlfriends birthday by providing us with friendly service, great food, and little to no wait time at that. DESPITE BEING BUSY!!!! Most importantly, you saved my girlfriends birthday, that is the best thing I could ever ask for.

Paul easily made my day. His jokes were on point and they somehow made the food taste even better. Whenever I’m in Allentown I’ll have to be sure to stop in just to see him.
The manager Paul was the best employee ever. He came to our table and told us a bunch of festive/chicken themed jokes. This was the best Fast Food experience ever.

The food is great and the atmosphere is very friendly, however, the bathrooms are dirty and the amount the young girls with barely any clothing in playing in the play room is a big no no for me. But the food is as good as always!

The manager Paul (I think ) was easily the best employee I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. He knew the customers by name. And asked everyone if everything was up to par. I have been to 5 star restaurant with worse service. That's all a credit to Paul.

Jose(or as his coworkers listed him JOSI) is rude,, obnoxious,self-centered. Unwilling to assist any customer. Being it is Saturday after Black Friday, wrong personnel to have on staff, or picking up his own personal order, had a busy dinner rush-hour
